"Great product, needs more collaboration features"

**Overall:** Overall a good experience. Perfect for product launches. Excellent UI with high readability and organization.

**Pros:** Color-coded project trackers with customizable views using the Display feature with search functionality.

**Cons:** Platform-wide search doesn't allow for searching within specific columns, no indication of collaborators present on platform, and limited collaboration features like comments.

"Amazing tool"

**Overall:** Finally a tool that we can use as our single source of truth for feedback.

**Pros:** The support team is amazing. Sometimes when I ask a question I receive a short video tutorial that they created for my specific use case. I also like how easy it is to setup a workspace for collecting feedback as an airfocus beginner and in addition to that Airfocus offers a lot of workspace templates that you can customize to your needs.

**Cons:** When the user send us a feedback the user doesn't receive a confirmation/notification email.

**Reasons for Choosing airfocus:** Productboard was too powerful for our needs.
