good to use so that is good but due to not converting the pdf to word and having to write 100 words in boxes give 6 out of 10

Pros

converts easy which is great also great to convert pdf files into the power point app which is very helpfull

Cons

converting to word from pdf not great had a lot of editing to do to make it right wasting time hoping it will improve very soon

Great experience with customer service. I explained my plight, having mistakenly purchases and cancelled my pro membership, and customer support was quick to acquiesce my request.

Pros

The merging PDF functionality was my favorite part of the tool. This enabled me to put two PDFs together for my taxes which was really helpful.

Cons

The one thing I didn't like was that when canceling a free trial you don't get to continue using pro features until the end of your trial date. That wasnt super clear.

I had to contact support as I had issues with my subscription (my error). The support I received was super quick and super helpful.

Pros

Very easy to use on the platform. I had no issues uploading documents and converting them easily which is great.

Cons

I have only just started using this platform, but so far I have not had any issues with the work that I am trying to do.

this time was harder to reopen the product , it took 5 hours, and after several emails, finally it,s working.

Pros

well it's easy to use, and it does good work, when you try to merge PDF together, there is no problem, it gets done wright away.

Cons

it always come up with a request to upgrade to PRO Smallpdf, and when you try not to upgrade, that's where the trouble start.

Pros

The app is super easy to use and the icon is really cute. The customer support is fantastic: quick reply, reasonable, friendly.

Cons

The fee is quite high but it's compatible with their quality. And when the free trial it would be better if there is some notification to remind customer to continue or end their renew.

Great value for money, friendly customer support and app functions perfect. Very easy to merge pdf’s as that was the service that I used the most.

Pros

It’s a very good app and works great. Customer support helps eagerly and they are willing. Couldn’t be happier about the service.

Cons

I’m very happy with the app, no bad experiences. I wouldn’t want to change anything in the future as the app operates great!

Pros

What I liked most about Smallpdf is how simple and intuitive the platform is to use. The interface is clean, and you can quickly find the tool you need without any confusion. It supports a wide range of PDF tasks like merging, splitting, compressing, and converting files, all in one place, which saves a lot of time. The processing speed is also impressive, even for larger files. Another big advantage is that it works directly in the browser, so there’s no need to install heavy software. Overall, it’s a very convenient and reliable tool for handling everyday PDF tasks efficiently.

Cons

What I liked least about Smallpdf is the limitation in the free version. Many advanced features are locked behind a paid subscription, which can be restrictive if you only need occasional access. The daily usage limits for free users can also interrupt workflow, especially when working with multiple documents. Additionally, sometimes file uploads and processing may feel slightly slower depending on internet connectivity. While the tool is very useful, the pricing may feel a bit high for casual users.
