I explained my plight, having mistakenly purchases and cancelled my pro membership, and customer support was quick to acquiesce my request. Pros The merging PDF functionality was my favorite part of the tool. This enabled me to put two PDFs together for my taxes which was really helpful. Cons The one thing I didn't like was that when canceling a free trial you don't get to continue using pro features until the end of your trial date. That wasnt super clear.
