Overall it is really nice to be able to show the dates and times classes have available slots (or if there's a waitlist). I think that's a great feature - I just wish we had more control over the look and feel of events.

Pros

JavaScript integration for classes to appear on the website is great - I can easily customize the look and feel to match the gym's brand.

Cons

Events can only be embedded on the website through iframes, which means the fonts and colors don't align with our brand.

It was pretty good. Few things I wish that would change and be a little more automated. We had a few issues this year but overall not bad.

Pros

I like the automatic billing and the reports. I do like the location going to different bank accounts. I like that navigation is user friendly.

Cons

I don’t like that we can only do families as separate locations. Would be nice to do it by student or by class. I don’t like credit card fees. I do wish on jr labs that yall come up with a way to use it before releasing it. I don’t have time to sit and play with the new things. Had some issues with the automation tasks not working well.

Pros

Really responsive to help inquiries, love that you send out newsletters/webinars and add features proactively, thank you for increasing PAD limit to $3000!

Cons

Need more improvements to the new Camps (there were issues with getting athlete enrollments and reports for this are really basic), the payment surcharge feature was difficult to switch over to since we lost payment information (it was costly to save it).

### "Good overall, a lot of room for improvement"

Jackrabbit is still overall a good tool, it can be frustrating at times trying to find a report that may or may not fit your criteria. The user interface feels clunky and the learning curve is steep.

Pros

Jackrabbit does a great job at class setup, you can go as granular or generic as you want. The parent portal is good for online payments. The fees for online payments are pretty reasonable as of the typing of this review. Our other users report that customer support is knowledgeable and responsive.

Cons

Jackrabbit has a lot of room for improvement in the below ways in my opinion: -Providing an intuitive user experience -Task and email automation -The ability to filter on gym data from generated reports -The ability to create custom reports -User friendly and visually appealing reporting on gymnast skill progress (myskillchart is on the right track). -Easy integration to 3rd party CRMs

I love the ease of scheduling and payment processing and posting. New items could use more work before coming to user view.

Pros

Jackrabbit makes class scheduling easy to do! For parents and instructors. Payments are easy to process and post as well.

Cons

Customer service is not always the most helpful. They tend to roll out new things without properly running through systems

### "Strong platform for the basics with great customer service, but beyond that..."

Pros

It gets the basics done well - class sign ups, attendance/check-in, payments. customer service is excellent / they really care of the customers. It helps that a lot of them are former gym owners!

Cons

Beyond the basics, it gets wonky... you want to charge a deposit for summer camps? can't do that. you want to offer a trial class and charge them? here's a workaround. god bless the customer service folks who know all these tricks and ways to make the software work. Lastly, reporting is very poor. I wanted to get a basic revenue by category by month report, and I was told I needed to upgrade the package for a 3,000 student school, or I can get the reports manually by month. Customer service keeps saying "please add this to our suggestion box" or "this is a highly-requested thing."

Any time I need help with anything there is always a real person available via chat to help. It is simple to set up a phone call appointment for more difficult issues.

Pros

Everything in one pace! The new dashboard is so much more user friendly. The All Classes, All Families, and All Students grids are used my me EVERY DAY. So many fields can be filtered to display EXACTLY what you need. Then one click to email/text/push notify the filtered list!

Cons

We have not found a good way to make private lessons work for our gym, even using the new appointments feature. We make it work with Events, but there are so many steps involved to make the process work for us.

Nothing comes to mind, we are able to work around any issue we have with the help of jackrabbit articles or on line phone support.

I do not like the way process it takes to create a report. I preferred the old Dashboard to the New Dashboard. The new Dashboard is confusing. I think the way I have to create a report for example a report on Registration Fees, is very complicated. I would like to just Click on a button that says Registration fees paid from such and such a date to such in such a date. Having to query what I need in a report is complicated.

The reports have helped us see enrollment trends & the financial reports

Pros

Jackrabbit is easy to use. Billing is easy, managing classes is a snap. Customer service is outstanding! If I can't find what I need through help I can submit a ticket and customer service responds promptly.

Cons

That it doesn't automatically charge the card when customers enroll through the portal.When a student is marked as absent prior to class it doesn't show on the class roll report. We use printed & online attendance as a double check of which students are in the building. Closed dates show on the class rolls & internal calendar making it a bit tough to schedule make up dates.
