Customer service has been great as well. Pros The system is easy to use, customer service has been fantastic, they are quick to respond and if they don’t know they answer they will find it for you and get back to you promptly. The skill section is easy to set up and parent can navigate it easily to check their children’s progress, it’s easy for staff to enter skills as well. Cons The registration form can be trick/long for parents to fill out. Having to have last names of instructors posted to activate them once they are inactive. Having to do a 2 step process to pay for tuition if registering through the form. I bought my swim school 1/1/25 and Jackrabbit made the process smooth for myself and the former owner. Cons I don't have any complaints about Jackrabbit Swim. So far, Jackrabbit Swim is able to adapt to the needs of our business and we have grown and evolved over the last 8 years, including a change in ownership. Cons It’s not a user friendly when trying to access the website from your smartphone. There’s a few options that don’t actually work when you try to use your phone’s internet browser instead of your computer’s internet browser.
