The sales process was unprofessional and they misled me into buying two licenses when we only needed one. They auto renewed my account without any warning on Christmas Eve and while their customer service office was closed. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, they refused a refund because the payment had already been processed. Pros Nothing. I will never do business with this company again. The software barely functions and doesn’t integrate with Clio as advertised. Cons Customer service is horrible and billing practices are misleading. Way too expensive for a glorified pdf form filler. I use Docketwise every day to manage my firm and streamline client intakes. Pros Docketwise is full of features for maximizing the attorney and client experience. It is very easy to prepare a case from start to finish using Docketwise. Some software has additional features that take a long time to learn. Docketwise has a short learning curve and is essential for an immigration practitioner. They constantly update their forms and even have questionnaires available in other languages. It is a great value proposition. Cons I wish there were an option to do custom intakes in other languages. I understand that you can obtain standard intakes in other languages for all of the immigration forms, which is really helpful for our non English speaking clients. Once I came into my new job I recommended them because I appreciated the efficiency. Pros I like that I can send forms to clients to prefill. I like that I am able to go in and make changes. I love that I am able to leave notes to come back to and remind me what I was working on. Cons I feel like they can improve by making a texting app within the Docketwise application. It also has a very responsive customer service when you need. Pros The most useful tool to keep on track of my clients' cases. It helps me and my team to organize all and be on top of our priorities. Cons Sometimes when it comes to a USCIS new edition form because when you print the form still may show the old edition but online it keeps the new one, which can be confusing but this only happens few times to me. Easy to use, helpful customer support and makes my life easier as a solo practitioner. Pros I love Docketwise. Its easy to use and it has a lot of features. The customer service people are amazing and they teach you for free. I had a difficult and expensive time with FileVine and Docketwise is so much better than any other system I have used for my immigration cases. Cons I wish it had a translate button and I wish there was a better reminder system. The templates require work but its still very helpful to have. It was a waste of time and money and I dislike the compny's practices. I said Month to month and htey made it a year so I am stuck paying for an inferior product. I contacted them since I was looking for an alternative for my legal office. They charge me a year of service and did not received a call from them for training. I called to cancel and they charged me another year without offering a refund. I could only use it once in a year and couldn’t submit any forms. Pros Nothing. They did not offered any training or how to use the software. Cons Everything. They just charge their fees and don’t care about costumer service. On the other hand, it's a very complete software, I just need more time to get to know all the benefits it has. Pros It allows you to have the information of each client in a precise and organized manner with just one click. Cons You cannot track cases on a daily basis, and although you can obtain this by purchasing an upgrade, it seems fair to me that any user can see updates on cases on a daily basis, since it is undoubtedly a plus for your services as a migration server.
