It's also been much better for our department as a whole as we can put more details and do better searches and report pulling. Pros It was easy to learn and interface with. It is also much more affordable than our last work order system. Cons I don't like how small the dashboard page is. The interface would be a lot better if the dashboard utilized the allowed space better. I feel TheWorxHub is comparable to most of the top CMMS systems out there, but is much more affordable. I've been very happy with all aspects of asset management from adding inventory to running asset reports, it all works very well. Cons Some of the processes to access the data you need are a little convoluted but I will say the training offered during implementation and the training videos available in the Info Center are very helpful in learning the few processes that aren't very intuitive.
