During that time, the team was genuinely helpful and accommodating as things were changing quickly. As ad costs increased later on, I had to step back from paid promotions, but what I appreciated was that the team reached out personally to see how they could better support my events. That personal touch stood out. I also like that they continue to add new tools, like AI features and social media assets, which make promotion easier and save time. Overall, it’s been a solid, reliable platform with real people behind it — especially when support actually mattered. Pros What I liked most about AllEvents is how easy it is to get your event in front of people all over the world. It’s not just a place to host a ticket link — it actually helps people find events, which matters a lot if you’re not relying only on your own email list or social media. It’s straightforward to use, works well for both free and paid events, and doesn’t feel overly complicated. I also like that it supports different types of events, especially community, wellness, and educational ones that benefit from organic discovery. Customer support has been very positive. Cons The main downside for me has been the cost of boosted promotions. Over time, the prices went up enough that I had to pull back from using them as much. I will definitely use it again. Pros I found it intuitive to use to set up the event. I really like that it provides you with ready made promotional materials based on the information you provide and a step by step guide on how to share it. I also appreciated the notifications by email to people who had shown an interest. Cons I didn't always find it easy to find my way to various sections of the events to make edits. Having said that, it didn't take long to get to know the route and to find my way back there on later visits.
