I have used AllEvents in the past and have had good response from my listings. Even a few folks got tickets though free event.

Pros

It is very easy to follow the format to list events and add images and a banner. The autofill for some of the information makes it very convenient when making multiple entries.

Cons

My events are free & there is no by-pass on the ticket info. Used Ticket title as 'We Appreciate You' for customers to see.

More active services to promote my events beyond passive listing. Plus Eventbrite was hacked and my credit card used to purchase $2000 worth of concert tickets last year.

Great experience. Easy to use. All the tools. I was using another platform when I discovered AllEvents, and I use it all the time now.

This platform has been very helpful to share my events with a larger and more specific audience, especially those that do not use facebook-which is a lot of my people.

Pros

AllEvents is easy to use. I like the ease of use of the description and info sections. It is also easy to upload media for events.

Cons

It is not great that I cannot use email campaigns to contact the same followers for an event more than once. Once I send them an invite email I cannot send any update emails with the plan I have.

Over the years All Events has been a helpful platform for an NPO to create awareness about our events.

Pros

Fairly easy to use. Good email support. Appreciated when all events chose one of our events to promote from their own accord.

Cons

Quite difficult to set up ticketing. An error occurred when adding a refund policy. Our event hasn't been able to add ticketing.

My event is not yet completed,by far i get the platform,no need to work with human interaction and customer support

Pros

I can customised my event anytime from anywhere.My attendees are very happy to get instant online booking access.

Cons

Some video tutorials should be there to learn what is free and what essential owner can use during the event.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with AllEvents. Ease of use, flexibility and the fabulous free promotional materials have been great as a first time event creator. I will definitely use it again.

Pros

I found it intuitive to use to set up the event. I really like that it provides you with ready made promotional materials based on the information you provide and a step by step guide on how to share it. I also appreciated the notifications by email to people who had shown an interest.

Cons

I didn't always find it easy to find my way to various sections of the events to make edits. Having said that, it didn't take long to get to know the route and to find my way back there on later visits.

Still getting to know all the possibilities they offer, but I am really starting to like more and more of what they have to offer.

Pros

The possibility of promoting event via different SoMe platforms and the fact that you can promote also via e-mail campaigns

Cons

nothing as such. Maybe the prices are a bit too high for my type of events, which are for up to 200 people of capacity.

My overall experience is very good although I didn't realise in advance that listing free entry shows would be limited to a specific number. I would not wish to pay as we do not receive income from tickets.

Pros

It is easier to use than some other similar websites and therefore it is quicker to complete listings and publish.

Cons

You have to enter a city which is limited to a list provided, so for example, a show in Egham has to refer to Windsor which is several miles away.

Pros

Looks professional and very simple to use and upload my courses for people to book onto online via the links

The date of course seems to sometimes change after publishing compare to what I actually entered during the set up

Pros

The way assign an executive to you for your queries etc. and the way the executive helps you out in any hour of the day. In my case it’s \[sensitive content hidden\] from their team.

Cons

I think they have best tech and dashboard. They should promote & market their platform more like district & BMS to get more familiar with general audience
