I really appreciate how user-friendly and centralized Rippling is. It's incredibly convenient to have all of my HR information, from pay stubs and benefits to time off requests, in one easily accessible place. The mobile app is also a huge plus, as it allows me to handle these tasks on the go. Overall, it has made managing my employment details straightforward and hassle-free.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to be picky, I'd say that because the platform is so comprehensive, it took a little bit of time to get fully acquainted with all of its features.

As a user, this was a very easy switch to adapt to, because the platform is very intuitive, elegantly designed and feature-rich. I wish we had switched to this platform sooner. It is so much better than our previous HR/payroll system software.

Pros

I like the automated emails telling me I got paid, but also the simplicity in viewing, reviewing and requesting time off.

Cons

I haven't spent time trying to figure out how to access the training modules that are optional (not required) because I can't seem to browse training, but that might not be the platform; it might be implementation/permissions.

It was clunky and poorly designed, not integrated features, more like they were "snapped in" and often did not work well (training modules, time off calendar, payroll was third party, just very clunky to use). Have made my life easier, as it was supposed to. One stop platform for most of the needs and the UI is very simple to understand for beginners

Pros

It's easy to manage, as an admin, and easy to use, as a user. It has good UI, interactive and quite less bugs, which I tend to find very easily. I use leave management the most, and I love it.

Cons

Login process. It's too long, and too much verification is required just to apply for one work from home, but that's on my admin I guess, anyways, don't like that much security.

Pros

A single platform to manage all employees from application to separation, and everything in between.

Cons

No major concerns with the product. There have been a few times where they could have communicated required tasks a little more clearly, and I wish I could filter resumes by location, but these are minor issues.

Rippling is a solid payroll company. No major complaints, it serves our needs and has lots of options available. You pay for what you need and don't pay for what you don't, and it has support for multiple companies/EINs on one account.

Pros

Easy to use, flexible, great support, allows for multiple companies (EINs) under one license.

Cons

UI can be confusing sometimes. There's been a few hiccups with Rippling not properly reporting taxes to state governments.

Rippling has been a game changer and really save a lot of precious time that can be spent on other productive tasks.

Pros

Employee payroll and benefits are easily recorded and adjustment friendly. Time changes can be easily request by the employee and approved in a very short time. The time off request is then inserted directly into the timeline

Cons

There is only a minimum of 2-hour for time off requests. I would prefer increments of 30 minuets to an hour for short term leave requests like doctor visits and other things that you may not want to spend to long during the work week.

The interface is clean and intuitive, so employees can quickly handle self-service tasks like PTO, expenses, and updating personal info. Integrations with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and accounting systems work smoothly and reduce duplicate data entry. Reporting is also strong, giving real-time visibility into headcount, costs, and compliance. Overall, people appreciate that Rippling saves time, reduces admin errors, and simplifies the entire employee lifecycle.

Cons

Sometimes dividing areas of company and contractor can be more intuitive. Some deep lying functionality which rarely used can be hard to find (but it is obvious since a lot of functions here)

I love the way I can track the payment process, also I can differs the payment in more than one bank account in the percentage I want and I can change those parameters anytime, its great because this kind of changes can be difficult if you need to talk with someone in the HR department and I don´t like to rush with this kind of requests.

Its the best HR platform that I ever used, I can got all the control of my contract without need to talk with my immediate manager, that's reduce the time to solve or track issues. Is so intuitive, all the tools al correctly arranged and I find what I need quickly. Also all the forms and filters are so clear, you can get many information with a good granularity in terms of time, amount value or alphabetical order, that's apply for your time reports, payment fees, off-time reports, contracts, so on.

Cons

I mention the UI is so intuitive, but sometimes are many options so you don't know what can works better for you, so are a curve of learn that you need to complete in order to take advantage from this tool.

I have had a positive experience with Rippling. I have found it easier to navigate than other HRIS platforms. It has made aspects of our HR departments jobs' easier.

Pros

The wide range of reports I can pull. I also like the easy way of timekeeping and clocking/out on the web and the kiosks. I like the simplicity of the system while it offers many different HRIS aspects. It is also more affordable than other platforms we have used.

Cons

The thing I like least about Rippling in the day to day timecard approvals. As a large company, it is difficult to do daily timecard approvals. I also do not like change requests as it takes many steps to complete each request. We also often find that the kiosk apps often do not work or keep employees clocked in form multiple days.

The FSA section is difficult to locate for new users, especially on the mobile app. Additionally, the FSA balance does not update in real-time. The 'keep me signed in' feature is also inconsistent, frequently requiring me to re-login despite checking the box.

Rippling is packed with good features, and it definitely reduces some tedious manual processes or at least makes them look easy.

Pros

I like the ease in requesting for a time off and giving the feedback on interviews. The employee management org chart is clean and handy The UI is clean and neat, and I haven't faced many issues The Employee payroll-related things, like appraisal forms, became super easy to fill out and share.

Cons

The only thing I feel that can be better is the way we log in to the portal. The need for login is so frequent, and that too with two-factor authentication
