It's really excellent and efficient for valuing money. Also, the set up is so easy to grasp, even a high-school kid can do it on it's own.

Pros

I like because it's very easy to use and had everything I need for my employment's payroll and management. All in all, it's very convenient for customer support.

Cons

The least I like about is sometimes it would take time to reload whenever I tab, for instance I am in Dashboard then I go to payroll.

Overall, it is a good experience to invest in as it is handling all the HR related stuff in an organized manner. No need to reach out to any specific person or manager for the approval outside Rippling. It helps in checking out the day-to-day calendar to track and update things planned for the day.

Pros

offers a centralized platform to check employee information. Starting from the leave tracking till payroll, it eases out the tracking and requesting any required information in one go. Automation of certain flows in submitting review and scheduling the interviews is one such feature that helps the user not to rely on emails to check the candidate details.

Cons

Some of the features can be made personalized. This is lacking in the mobile application, where we can raise some polls to gather the team's preferences to organize or decide on anything before taking a call. More personalization could help more.

Very user friendly and efficient. There is no fluff or filler, just straight forward tools and resources that are easy to navigate!

Cons

The reporting aspect could be finessed a bit more. It's not quite as user friendly. I would love for it to reflect standard employee hours easier.

Overall, I would give and 8 out of 10. Again, nothing can take away from how amazing and easy to use and affordable. The platform is for me, I would have just liked a little bit more customer support.

Pros

The Takeaway from would definitely be the customization of the platform. It is very easy to use the price that you pay for the product is unbelievable. From a management standpoint it’s one of the best for employee payroll.

Unfortunately, I disliked the customer support for . I don’t want that to take away from how amazing the platform is unfortunately customer support could have been a little bit more attentive.

Overall has saved me time and money and I rate it very highly. My complaints are mostly cosmetic and I have learned how to user the user interface, but I would personally design it differently - I work in design.

Pros

The thing I like most about is that it has allowed me to unify my HR tooling and services to a single vendor that solves problems for me from international hiring and onboarding to benefits and payroll.

Cons

The user interface and user experience could be improved and made more attractive. The UI and UX can sometimes be counter intuitive and confusing. Probably because they have so many features and products.

The negotiation process with was a great experience. The team was always open to showing us more of the platform to help meet our needs and work within our budget. The implementation was also very smooth—we always received timely support, and our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. While we’ve encountered a couple of issues, especially around payroll, Rippling has been very responsive. They’ve addressed our concerns and worked toward solutions as quickly as possible.

Pros

is easy to use, the platform is intuitive and a great tool for consolidating all our HR information as we continue to grow and improve our organization. One of the key reasons we chose Rippling over other options is its strong integration with contractor and international employee payroll. The additional modules are also very helpful and add great value!

Cons

One of the downsides is that each module comes with an additional cost, which is understandable, but the pricing can escalate quickly because it's generally applied to the entire organization, even if the tool is only relevant for a specific segment of employees. For example, at the moment, only our US-based employees need to submit reimbursement requests, while non-US employees don’t incur reimbursable expenses. Ideally, the reimbursement module would only apply (and be billed) for US employees, but we’re required to pay for the entire organization to access it—effectively doubling or even tripling the cost for that functionality.

Frustrations are growing and changes get made without any communication to the customer. The customer is left on their own to figure out how to fix things because the support team doesn't seem to be aware of any programming changes.

Pros

Overall, is intuitive and easy to use and has streamlined our payroll process. Their strength is the payroll process. Other areas need work.

Cons

The right hand (support), doesn't seem to know what the left hand (engineering), is doing. Many changes get made that alter our processes. When a support ticket is created, we rarely get any solutions or we received incorrect information and overall lack of understanding.

I've worked with on the operating and the user side. From the operating side, their platforms covers most of what you need as a business, especially as you scale. From a user side, the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. I'd recommend Rippling and would be happy to continue using it as an employee.

Pros

is all-encompassing for your business operation needs. Their platform allows you to manage and onboard employees, conduct review cycles to maintain your best asset (people!), and continue supporting them and your business as it scales domestically and internationally.

Cons

The customer support is a deficit in their system. Our organization had an issue with W2s two years ago that resulted in our team spending literal weeks manually inspecting each and every employee. The team just shrugged their shoulders, said sorry, and didn't offer help beyond that reaction in a situation that would have otherwise exploded.

Overall, my experience with AWESOME. Just through the services Rippling offers me and the company I work for, I can tell I am in good hands not only by Littera, but also by Rippling. Working with Rippling has been nothing but smooth sailing for me!

Pros

My experience with has been nothing but great! The portal made for employees makes my information easily accessible, and I am able to keep track of every paycheck I receive with ease! I love the transparency they provide when it comes to analyzing where my income and money is going to and/or coming from. Rippling also makes it easy for me to contact any higher-ups in case of any further inquiries. I have had no such bugs, glitches, or issues using this portal.

Cons

On top of the accessibility already offers, I do wish I had easier access to my portal not only limited to desktop. If I don't check my employee portal on my computer, there seems to be no other way for me to access my information as I wish I could such as on my phone.

A complete waste of time. Going back and forth via email and multiple meetings only to be backdoor with an unacceptable pricing structure.

Pros

Nothing. There was not a single aspect of this nearly month-long process that stood out as a positive experience whatsoever.

Cons

I explored as a potential payroll and HR solution for my small business. What followed was nearly a month-long process filled with consistent emails and multiple meetings, all building toward what I hoped would be a viable solution. After investing that significant amount of time, I was blindsided by a quote that came in well over $400 per month. This was never communicated upfront, and that lack of transparency is a serious problem. Had Rippling been upfront about their pricing from the start, I could have made an informed decision without going through a weeks-long evaluation process only to find out the cost was never going to be viable for my business. I would strongly caution other small business owners to push hard for transparent pricing before investing any time in their sales process. What should have been a straightforward evaluation turned into a frustrating and deeply unnecessary experience.

Setting up and launching the products was a straightforward and highly efficient experience. The process was made easy by the clear structure and dedicated support provided by the implementation team. Overall, it was a smooth sailing experience for us.

Pros

The things liked most about , which informed the decision to move forward, are centered on comprehensive, automated compliance and reduced administrative burden for US operations

Cons

The only thing I can think about is that the client was responsible for significant data preparation and proactively registering with state agencies (e.g., California EDD, Nebraska Department of Revenue) to obtain necessary tax IDs and rates. Overall is still the best decision we have ever made as a startup

I've used ADP, TriNet, and classic pen-and-paper in previous roles, and this is by far the easiest SaaS platform to navigate. You feel confident in the functionality immediately, which is a huge win when trying to build tech autonomy across a large team. (Or trying to change your payroll selections at the last minute!)

Pros

I've used several SaaS platforms in a professional context, and this is by far the simplest to use. The UX is so intuitive and beautifully designed; you don't need to be a tech maestro or HR pro to understand how to navigate the interface, set up payroll, and select your benefits. Employees can manage their settings themselves, which cuts down on the need to reach out to HR or IT for support.

Cons

Toggling between the manager/admin and basic view isn't as intuitive as the rest of the system. Talent managers might have a hard time learning the nuances of each, versus being comfortable in just one.

I would recommend to everyone! It has made the lives of our HR team so much easier. They don't dread payroll week anymore because Rippling takes the headache out of it. I was reluctant to change my ways and switch to this for my time tracking needs, but I wish I would've done it years ago!

Pros

is so easy to use compared to other platforms. It also offers features that I didn't even know existed. I'm technically employed by two entities and tracking those hours via Rippling is so easy now! Every time-tracking option is user-friendly, even for those who aren't tech-savvy (like me).

Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to say. The mobile app has frequent updates, but that isn't a bad thing.

In general we are very happy with , for the feature the vast of the employee uses it, which is time tracking, holidays request, and device management. The set up is straightforward, making the features easy to use.

Pros

I really like the time tracking feature, since it is mandatory by the Spanish law. It is easy to use and allows employees to make sure they comply with their time.

Cons

Their stability issues. At least once or twice per month, their network fails and we experience some issues with certain features such as time tracking that doesn't start/finish breaks, a cicle, etc.

Pros

We like the ease of use and overall functionality, primarily. For myself, I just like being able to access all my important documents and payroll information without needing to go through another person.

Cons

The weakest aspect of is the overall depth and complexity, without there being much documentation, at least nothing immediately available in the site itself. There is information you can google, but not much offered in-site.

We have used for over 5 years now and have been amazed at how well they have built out this platform.

Pros

has allowed us to streamline our onboarding, time off, HR tasks and our payroll, and it is easy to use by our whole team. Rippling customizes wonderfully with our third party time managers and google tools. There are so many solutions to choose from and the customer support is quick and helpful. The solution is a much better value than other programs we have used in the past. I would highly recommend you check it out.

Cons

The biggest downside of is that there are so many customizations that it is hard to choose the ones we really need over what we really want.
