### "2 Months of Rippling, how my experience has been so far"

It has been great so far, I have really enjoyed, more than anything, the integration of the different apps. The multi-factor authentication is a huge positive for me. It makes my information feel safe.

Pros

One thing I enjoy about is how easy it is to use for me. The fact that I have multiple applications in one makes everything a lot more convenient. With payroll as well, it is very efficient. I am able to see when I'm going to get paid, and the tracker is really helpful. So processing the payments on the pay dates is amazing for me. Having to reach out to the support team if there are any issues as well, I get timely responses from them, which is efficient, and as mentioned with the number of apps, I am able to effectively manage my time.

Cons

There have been times when the dates don't actually correspond, and it will show certain dates differently because of the differences in time zones, I think.

Overall my experience with has been nothing but great. A very easy to use software, that has everything needed for the companies of all sizes. I would also like to commend how easy it is to get in contact with their customer support and if need be to, find the information needed to get in contact with an employee/coworker of your company.

Pros

What I like most about is their ease of use and it being a one-stop shop for everything needed for my company. It was a really smooth ride for onboarding and learning the org chart. I would also say how easy it is to gain visibility into your payroll and time off. I also like how they update you for prioritized tasks needed to be completed by a certain date.

Cons

The thing I like least about is that even though their notifications are really good, I don't like how when you complete a task, you still receive a notification that it needs to be completed.

In general i think that my expirience is pretty good there is more positive aspects for sure and i absolutly recommed the app

Pros

It is pretty easy to use the app, and also give you a lot of tools to track your time and activities, if there is some problems you can call and the customer support its pretty efficient. It is an exccelent tool to track your team on their activities, the managment is easier this way. Also makes the payroll more objective since is all tracked on the app and specify the activities you are doing day by day.

Cons

Maybe that the tracker is not that easy to use when we have to separate the activities on the day or at least for me is not like practical enough.

I love the interface and truly appreciate the support from everyone. I also really value having clear visibility into the roadmap and knowing what’s coming next.

Cons

Implementation has been taking a considerable amount of time because we’ve been working with multiple specialists, which has caused delays and made the process feel more complicated than necessary.

Pros

is user‑friendly and excellent for managing time. I have found the product to be better than others I have used in the past.

Cons

The programs seem to generate quite a few notifications. It's great to have the communications, but it does seem to be a lot of duplication.

It has a strong automation! It's a great way to not only have reps clock in but also for management to do reviews, it shows hierarxchy and you are able to see the roles of everyone in the company and many many more great features. I call it a one stop shop!!

Cons

The layout could be a bit more user friendly Some tabs have underlying tabs and it seems to be it can be a bit much. Simplicity is the way

Overall experience is good, iinitial setup might took a bit more time but to be honest its worth it.

Pros

I use for HR core tasks and i really like its automation capabilities. Automation part is great because routine HR tasks like sending offer letter or documents can be automated easily. Previously, sending offer letters, NDAs, or onboarding materials was fully manual. Also, customer service is quite responsive and helpful. Rippling helps us manage our employees’ data efficiently, making onboarding and tracking time off and attendance super easy

Cons

The current Slack integration is a bit basic. I really need it to automatically notify managers on Slack whenever someone applies for time off. For a workaround, we actually built a custom integration for this. Also, the initial setup is a bit hard, but it's worth it.

My overall experience with has been very positive. I see it as a powerful, innovative platform that solves real challenges for growing businesses by combining HR, IT, and Finance in one system. What stands out most to me is the automation and efficiency it creates for clients—it reduces manual work, speeds up onboarding, and streamlines compliance. At the same time, Rippling’s pace of innovation is fast, which can feel challenging, but I view that as exciting because it means the company is constantly pushing forward. Overall, my impression is that Rippling is not only transforming how businesses manage their people and systems but also creating huge opportunities for those who get to be a part of that journey

Pros

takes something that’s usually fragmented (HR, IT, payroll, benefits, device management, etc.) and unifies it. That level of integration is rare and makes the product incredibly sticky.

Cons

Some still view as just HR, which I like least, but I see it as an opportunity to educate and show the full power of the platform.

It has been incredibly nice to have a seamless platform that all my important company information is stored in. The ease of being able to navigate to each category and change information as need (i/e payroll, address, etc) has been wonderful. Much better than our previous platform that was difficult to access and update!

Pros

I liked the formatting and ease of locating separate categories. I also appreciated the "to-do" so nothing was missed when needing to set up my initial account.

Cons

The only negative I have to say is that our company still using additional platforms for some of our HR needs (i/e 401K plan, etc) but other than that, it is nice what is housed with and I am happy to have transitioned over.

The overall experience with is very satisfactory experience, and there are no real problems that can't be overcome.

Pros

I really love how easy it is to set up your personal account. The user interface that uses is really top-notch. Another thing we love is that we have never had an issue with the website, which means that they are on top of any problems and deploy fixes before they even become a problem.

Cons

The main problem that we have with is the fact that payroll payments occur around the 15th and 30th of every month, but it can vary slightly, and it would make more sense if the payments happened on every other Friday or Monday.

This expansive software suite has been transformative, having consolidated payroll, Human Resources objectives, and online training into a single source, thus simplifying what had previously been a complex web of different programs to navigate in order to fulfill daily task sets.

Pros

I liked its user friendly interface for a desktop computer, my preferred device type. Upon becoming further acquainted with its quirks, has become an invaluable software suite which I have been able to assist my fellow colleagues with.

Cons

The transition from our previous payroll software to was rough, although once we adapted to it, we found it to be quite user friendly. The previous software was easiest to utilise via smartphone and difficult on a desktop computer, whereas Rippling can be utilised on a smartphone but is most user friendly via desktop computers. Also, our default time off is always set to twelve hours when it should be for only eight, requiring us to include a special notation with each and every time off entry so as to ensure that we do not burn through our time off balances prematurely.

What I like the most is all the different areas of my job position and the company that can be handled through , from tracking hours, payroll, escalating concerns, to applying for new positions and following improvement plans.

I think notifications should be classified into three categories: those that require action, those that are curses, and those that are simply events.

The scheduling interface and the automation of many of our tools and daily tasks. The support team is easily accesible and fast to asnwer.

Cons

The fact that some basic automation cost money. I would have tought that we would get more then one workflow available with our plan.

Big fan, from taking into account the hours worked, payment method with wise is super resourceful, and the communicate with hire management is all there. is overall really useful.

Pros

Its easy to navigate through. You can see the hours you worked, along with the paystub showing how much youll earn. Communicates birthdays and long term associates which is really appreciated. I also like that its payment method uses wise.

Cons

Theres not much to complain about it. does a great job allowing time off requests and usually there are responses in a couple of days knowing if it got approved or not.

brings everything into one place — HR, payroll, IT, and benefits — so I'm not jumping between five different systems to get things done. Onboarding new hires is genuinely fast: I can provision their email, Slack, laptop, and payroll setup in a single workflow, and it just works. The automation around role-based access and offboarding has saved us a ton of manual cleanup. The interface is clean and intuitive, reporting is flexible, and the mobile app actually works the way you'd expect.
