The negotiation process with Rippling was a great experience. The team was always open to showing us more of the platform to help meet our needs and work within our budget. The implementation was also very smooth—we always received timely support, and our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. While we’ve encountered a couple of issues, especially around payroll, Rippling has been very responsive. They’ve addressed our concerns and worked toward solutions as quickly as possible.

Pros

Rippling is easy to use, the platform is intuitive and a great tool for consolidating all our HR information as we continue to grow and improve our organization. One of the key reasons we chose Rippling over other options is its strong integration with contractor and international employee payroll. The additional modules are also very helpful and add great value!

Cons

One of the downsides is that each module comes with an additional cost, which is understandable, but the pricing can escalate quickly because it's generally applied to the entire organization, even if the tool is only relevant for a specific segment of employees. For example, at the moment, only our US-based employees need to submit reimbursement requests, while non-US employees don’t incur reimbursable expenses. Ideally, the reimbursement module would only apply (and be billed) for US employees, but we’re required to pay for the entire organization to access it—effectively doubling or even tripling the cost for that functionality.

It’s been great so far — everyone has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and willing to help, which has made the entire experience feel smooth and positive.

Pros

I love the interface and truly appreciate the support from everyone. I also really value having clear visibility into the roadmap and knowing what’s coming next.

Cons

Implementation has been taking a considerable amount of time because we’ve been working with multiple specialists, which has caused delays and made the process feel more complicated than necessary.

The scheduling interface and the automation of many of our tools and daily tasks. The support team is easily accesible and fast to asnwer.

Cons

The fact that some basic automation cost money. I would have tought that we would get more then one workflow available with our plan.

It has a strong automation! It's a great way to not only have reps clock in but also for management to do reviews, it shows hierarxchy and you are able to see the roles of everyone in the company and many many more great features. I call it a one stop shop!!

Cons

The layout could be a bit more user friendly Some tabs have underlying tabs and it seems to be it can be a bit much. Simplicity is the way

I would recommend Rippling to everyone! It has made the lives of our HR team so much easier. They don't dread payroll week anymore because Rippling takes the headache out of it. I was reluctant to change my ways and switch to this for my time tracking needs, but I wish I would've done it years ago!

Pros

Rippling is so easy to use compared to other platforms. It also offers features that I didn't even know existed. I'm technically employed by two entities and tracking those hours via Rippling is so easy now! Every time-tracking option is user-friendly, even for those who aren't tech-savvy (like me).

Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to say. The mobile app has frequent updates, but that isn't a bad thing.

I appreciate how it keeps everything in one clean dashboard, it honestly saves me time and mental space so I can focus on my actual work.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use even if you’re not in HR. Everything I need, pay info, time-off requests, forms, and onboarding tasks is in one place. It’s super intuitive, and I never have to chase anyone for updates because the platform keeps everything organized and transparent. The clean interface and reminders also make it stress-free to manage admin stuff alongside my daily work.

Cons

Some sections take a few extra clicks to find, and certain forms or settings can load slowly depending on your internet connection. It’s not a big deal, but sometimes I wish navigation between modules felt a bit faster or more streamlined.

My overall experience with Rippling has been great. There are many features and options that I have been able to adapt to without a problem, and easily integrate into my daily work routine. I highly recommend this to any company!

Pros

There are so many great features about Rippling, it's hard to decide, but the feature I like the most about Rippling is the Time and Attendance section. My most favorite part is the calendar sync option - this feature allows you to sync your company schedule and event calendars to your personal calendars from other sources, which is super convenient for me because I use digital caneldars all the time! There's also an option to receive notifications for your events from the calendars, so you never miss a thing!

Cons

Hmm. What I like least about Rippling is hard, because i've grown to love using Rippling. I would have to say that I wish there was a wider range of options as far as personal goal-setting and tracking, to be able to see how you've grown and progressed over time.

Big fan, from taking into account the hours worked, payment method with wise is super resourceful, and the communicate with hire management is all there. Rippling is overall really useful.

Pros

Its easy to navigate through. You can see the hours you worked, along with the paystub showing how much youll earn. Communicates birthdays and long term associates which is really appreciated. I also like that its payment method uses wise.

Cons

Theres not much to complain about it. Rippling does a great job allowing time off requests and usually there are responses in a couple of days knowing if it got approved or not.

Rippling has been a helpful tool for our organization, especially with its clean interface and wide range of solutions across departments. It’s user-friendly and offers solid functionality for payroll and expense management.

Pros

I really appreciate the intuitive design and how easy it is to navigate. The Payroll and Spend modules are the ones I use most, and they’ve made our processes more efficient. I especially like that receipts from Spend sync over to Intacct, which helps with documentation and tracking.

Cons

Customer support could be much better—response times are slow and not always helpful. The Spend module’s integration with Intacct has a few issues: credit card transactions sync, but the bill number and description often don’t. Also, only one receipt document can be synced at a time, so I have to manually merge multiple receipts into a single PDF. The attachment section in Rippling Spend doesn’t sync with Intacct either, which limits its usefulness unless accessed directly through Rippling.

The word I would use to describe my experience with Rippling is simplicity. Everything I need to know or do related to my employment info is there and I do not have to bother anyone for simple thing like distributing my pay check into different bank accounts or requesting time off.

Pros

Rippling makes managing all my HR needs super simple. We use it as the source of truth for all of our employer information and related operations like payroll, time off management, IT device administration and keeping track of the company's employees. Payments are always on time, with simple pay sheets that I can provide my accountant with. The support team has answered fast wherever I encounter bugs and I have had a great experience overall.

Cons

I would like that they invest a bit more time into improving the taxes section of the application, as I find it confusing to know exactly what has already been paid and why. It would be a game changer to have a simple break down of the amounts with simplified definitions.

Overall, I would give Rippling and 8 out of 10. Again, nothing can take away from how amazing and easy to use and affordable. The platform is for me, I would have just liked a little bit more customer support.

Pros

The Takeaway from Rippling would definitely be the customization of the platform. It is very easy to use the price that you pay for the product is unbelievable. From a management standpoint it’s one of the best for employee payroll.

Cons

Unfortunately, I disliked the customer support for Rippling. I don’t want that to take away from how amazing the platform is unfortunately customer support could have been a little bit more attentive.

The tagging system and dashboard flexibility are excellent. You can build views that suit your team’s style, and the visibility across departments is a big plus. It’s also nice to have recruiting data integrated with other HR functions, even if you don’t use them directly.

Cons

No Boolean search, no bulk email or rejection tools, and limited filtering options. These are basic features in most ATS platforms, and their absence makes Rippling feel more like a CRM than a recruiting tool.

I've used ADP, TriNet, and classic pen-and-paper in previous roles, and this is by far the easiest SaaS platform to navigate. You feel confident in the functionality immediately, which is a huge win when trying to build tech autonomy across a large team. (Or trying to change your payroll selections at the last minute!)

Pros

I've used several SaaS platforms in a professional context, and this is by far the simplest to use. The UX is so intuitive and beautifully designed; you don't need to be a tech maestro or HR pro to understand how to navigate the interface, set up payroll, and select your benefits. Employees can manage their settings themselves, which cuts down on the need to reach out to HR or IT for support.

Cons

Toggling between the manager/admin and basic view isn't as intuitive as the rest of the system. Talent managers might have a hard time learning the nuances of each, versus being comfortable in just one.

I've worked with Rippling on the operating and the user side. From the operating side, their platforms covers most of what you need as a business, especially as you scale. From a user side, the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. I'd recommend Rippling and would be happy to continue using it as an employee.

Pros

Rippling is all-encompassing for your business operation needs. Their platform allows you to manage and onboard employees, conduct review cycles to maintain your best asset (people!), and continue supporting them and your business as it scales domestically and internationally.

Cons

The customer support is a deficit in their system. Our organization had an issue with W2s two years ago that resulted in our team spending literal weeks manually inspecting each and every employee. The Rippling team just shrugged their shoulders, said sorry, and didn't offer help beyond that reaction in a situation that would have otherwise exploded.

Pros

It is very easy to use for the employee payroll. Can customize the stuff you need to for a different groups. Best and fast customer support when needed. Easy for the employee management as for the payroll or for the vaccine pay or disability. No bugs and issues so far and is worth the money you pay.

Cons

So far I haven’t come across anything which that has bothered me with the rippling. I am having a good time.

Rippling has been the helper on the growing of the company itself, since has beend the mayor tool for the employees, since they are the base of our proffesional path, even if us as manager are not here, they can check their payroll and the different also they can know better where they need to put more effort, and the management they need to keep for that even with the expenses of the company to avoid missroute resources.

Pros

I'm a supervisor of a company, and sometimes it's difficult to keep track of the time and the activities that the staff follow during a day. Rippling has been a marvelous tool to keep my day-to-day, since we manage not only time, but we can achieve more goals since we have more time management. Worth the money for the value that it provides to the company, since we work for a customer support company, this helps us to know how to engage better.

Cons

As the Cons of this tool will mention, constant bugs and those issues make it difficult to track information for the team. Also, the web page could be easier for the user, since sometimes it is not easy to handle, and we need to use more tools to assist team members in knowing what to do.

When it comes to what makes Rippling super enjoyable , the main topics that I find helpful on my day to day operations are how easy it is to navigate when finding specific tools that Rippling provides.

Cons

I do find from time to time that Rippling has some small minor bugs when it comes to refreshing pages especially when it comes down to approving time cards being stuck on a frozen tab.

Overall it's been a great tool and superior to prior ones I've used. It's easy to punch in and out, easy to review hours. Could just use some tweaks to make some of the customizing a little more intuitive.

Pros

It keeps all the information needed for my team in one place, including PTO requests, Training Quizzes, Hours worked. It's easy to use for the basic functions of payroll management.

Cons

The reports can be a little clunky and unintuitive. Once created and thoroughly tested they work ok but it's difficult to predict or preview how they'll show for other people on my team if I want to make a widely usable one. For a while we were on an unconventional pay schedule and there being no native way to see if an employee or myself were going into overtime when the pay period ended mid-week was a little inconvenient.

We have used Rippling for over 5 years now and have been amazed at how well they have built out this platform.

Pros

Rippling has allowed us to streamline our onboarding, time off, HR tasks and our payroll, and it is easy to use by our whole team. Rippling customizes wonderfully with our third party time managers and google tools. There are so many solutions to choose from and the customer support is quick and helpful. The solution is a much better value than other programs we have used in the past. I would highly recommend you check it out.

Cons

The biggest downside of Rippling is that there are so many customizations that it is hard to choose the ones we really need over what we really want.
