Easiest HR/Payroll Portal I've ever used" March 14, 2022 5.0 Pros We just completed Open Enrollment at our company. Using Ripplings I was able to do this within a few minutes, with a better understanding of pricing/cost and plan coverages than I've ever had. I also have 100% access to my payroll/compensation in the click of a button and I understand it better than I ever have before. Cons Not much not to like. Easy to use, learn it in about 5 min. Has all the features of payroll, HR, tech, support, benefits all in one spot. Pros is easy to use, simple to navigate and covers all the main needs for an employee in one spot. Being able to access everything via mobile app as well is a plus. Cons I think it covers all of the main features one would look for. The only thing I would comment on is for benefits, having an overall view of what benefits are available with pricing and total pricing. After being recommended , I checked them out. I was blown away how easy it was to set up and use. I feel confident that all of my admin, payroll, and integrations are set up for the long term. Cons From a features perspective, there isn't anything I don't like yet. I think it could use a UI/UX update though. It's easy enough to use but there are other that look sexier. I was very impressed with 's benefits enrollment interface. It walked me step by step through picking the right options for me. I typically am navigating the website to see pay stubs and request time off. These are both very easily done with Rippling. November 10, 2020 5.0 Pros It's great to manage PTO, Payroll, and Benefits all from one spot. Also being use it as a sort of MDM to manage company devices is great. No more having to hit up HR and IT for everything! Cons I don't have anything to dislike. One thing , when choosing new benefits, it'd be nice to have the current plan be stickied on the left and all plans to choose from scroll underneath it to easily compare, at the moment it scrolls along with the options.
