Clocking in and out is a breeze and it is straightforward if I need to fix any timesheets for my direct reports. Cons While the app is convenient, I think the interface could use some work. Pros Having everything in one place makes Rippling truly a pleasure to use, especially after experiencing complicated multi-domain logins for individual needs at former workplaces. Cons I haven't found anything in particular that I don't like, but will let you know. Cons \* RPASS tool a great idea for a feature, but not the best fit for a small tech savvy company \* Support can take a few days to help resolve an issue (going back and forth via email), but it seems that they are working on scaling this up! Pros What I liked the most about Rippling's software is the ease of use for our employees as well as the administrators. We don't have to spend time going over training because the software is so user friendly not to mention all the employees important documents are all in one place that they can access at anytime. It is a more friendly HR app than others used with a previous employer. The follow up emails are a very great touch. The onboarding process can be overwhelming and the reminders about tasks as well as information received was great. Pros The app is very user friendly and easy to use. There is the option for online assistance via email, text or phone call. I appreciate the emails upon receiving tasks and task completion. Many of these systems are a headache, but I feel that Rippling is a no-nonsense database. Pros The UI is very functional/easy to use. I feel like Rippling does a great job of making the UI fun and has banners to let you know when features change. I LOVE that it notifies us via email when we get paid and the paycheck is live. I would highly recommend to any company. Pros I have worked at many small and large scale companies but Rippling is the best software I have used to date. It is easy, clean, and simple to use. I never have issue navigating the platform and notifications are sent to update me when I have gotten paid or when I have an item to complete. From there, we found out that we could integrate time tracking solutions directly out of Rippling as well. So all around, a big help to our team. Pros Quick learning curve to getting started (especially for an HR solution), highly relevant email notifications to remind you when things are coming up, and a team that is dedicated to make sure you get up to speed quickly. Cons It doesn't seem like the team is using Zendesk or a way to manage their emails. For now, it's okay but as they grow I'm hopeful they will so I can continue to hear back quickly from their team! Pros I like the ease with which I was able to cover a lot of the HR bases. From Payroll and Direct to Deposit to insurance and benefits administration.
