### "My fantastic experience with the largest Professional Social Network."

February 27, 2025

5.0

I have excellent experience with LinkedIn. I've even managed to get several jobs through him and I can only be grateful for that. It was a fantastic experience I would say.

Pros

Excellent app/website for looking for job opportunities whether in-person, hybrid or home office. Being an important professional and intuitive Social Network with a lot of information.

Cons

The downside would be the issue of having greater visibility only in the premium plans, but I know that the platform needs to have an income on top of all this to maintain its proper functioning.

### "Give some to get some"

November 17, 2025

5.0

Overall 4.5/5 There are way worse and you have the brand recognition going for you so offer more services for less... it's about giving back. Giving starts the process of receiving .

Pros

Value for Money - free would be better, don't like how you advertise free for a month - take cc then charge Customer Support - No exp Ease of Use - 4/5, finding what I want within in my profile I find a challenge Employee Management - NA Features - 5/5 Recruitment Process - NA - used in the past - Very Good Profile Management - Very good

Cons

The cost, and inability to dive deeper on freemium. It would be better to open more services on that model than requiring payment.

I use it as a go to whenever I'm interested in changing my current situation whether passively or actively

Pros

It's relatively easy to perform a filtered search and then after checking out on job it will recommend similar jobs

Cons

I can't to an "or" search for multiple terms. Or at least I don't know how to do it. And it's not always obvious which location type you are searching for.

LinkedIn Jobs is the most used job Board, Thanks to LinkedIn I got my job

Not a good experience since all postings are fake.

### "A Must Have"

October 31, 2024

4.0

Pros

As a Recruiter, I post every new opening on LinkedIn. This is the best place for professionals to be looking for new positions. Not having a LinkedIn profile in today's market is equal to not having a resume in the 1980s.

Cons

There used to be a function where I could search "similar jobs", I wish that was still an option. From a Recruiter's perspective, I wish the CPC was more reasonably priced. From a job seeker's perspective, the search results often leave me scratching my head. When I search "Account Executive" and results for "Software Developer", I'm frustrated!

### "Good points and bad points of recruitment"

May 27, 2019

3.0

There can be no doubt that this profile-based job alert system is pretty good. The one-click application process is a bonus. Sometimes, however, all you receive is an automated acknowledgement from the recruiter, not necessarily the fault of LinkedIn, but perhaps they (LinkedIn) ought to force ALL recruiters to actually formalise a rejection so at least you know where you stand.

Pros

Possibly the strongest point in favour of LinkedIn Jobs is the fact that when you indicate you are looking for a job, you are fed relevant jobs based on your profile without being plagued by irrelevant jobs from fishing recruitment consultants. There can be no doubt that in terms of relevancy, LinkedIn tends to be more "transparent" than the average aggregate job site because more jobs pro-rate are placed directly by the actual recruiters rather than commissioned intermediaries. The fact that your job seeking is based on your public profile is of benefit to both you as the user and to recruiters out there - assuming there is honesty on both parties! It is also helped by the fact that direct-recruiters seem to have made a LinkedIn profile part of their recruitment requirements, which reinforces the usefulness of LinkedIn Jobs, and you can rely on the fact that unless you see otherwise (often rather obvious from any job advertisements), most positions will be genuine, as it is easy to see which are direct opportunities, and which are through (dreaded) third parties who may be on a fishing expedition. The process of completing your job profile couldn't really be simpler, and it does encourage you, because your peers will be present and will often see your profile, of being honest and open, which is not a bad thing.

Cons

Once the "good and the great" recruitment consultants start posting jobs for their "leading clients", many of which are neither leading nor in fact often even their actual clients, usability and transparency dips dramatically. The downside might be that you do not necessarily wish your public LinkedIn profile to say you are actively job hunting. Also, the fact that "busy" HR people are too often self-importantly "too busy" to perform the simple process of tracking and reporting back a rejection, if only out of simple courtesy and good manners, so the oneness is on you to remember that "if you don't hear back within 10 days you can assume they are not taking your application any further". However, in fairness, this new-found lack of courtesy is part of the problem with modern HR and no necessarily with LinkedIn

### "LinkedIn makes job searching so easy"

November 18, 2021

4.0

LinkedIn helps me apply for jobs and keep my résumé online so that way if I ever need to work I can simply go onto LinkedIn and find a position that seems to be a match apply and wait on the company’s response it’s pretty easy!

Pros

LinkedIn makes job searching so easy, i’m able to apply for work right through the website I can upload my résumé and add any previous jobs or certifications that I may have right through the website and it adds it to my applications for me! LinkedIn also allows me to communicate with other employers that may have any types of questions!

Cons

There’s not really much that I don’t like about linked in however if you are new to LinkedIn and are not familiar with the program it can be a little bit difficult to navigate through the site and figure everything out!

### "World's Leading Professional Network"

December 22, 2021

4.0

This software is more than just functionalities and features, it is way of branding your professional self or a company to build its repute as well as it is curated to connect organizations and people in the professional world. It is more like a platform to build your success, whether it is a company looking for talent or a person looking to grow or succeed in his or her career.

Pros

The best thing is how vast this platform is and when combined with its powerful search or hunting mechanisms, whether people looking for jobs or companies looking for people, it helps find the best options for both entities through various features.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about this platform, however, there is always opportunity to improve and I would love to see it grow and get better.

### "Demeure Pessoa"s LinkedIn Jobs Review"

January 10, 2022

4.0

One of the biggest contributions of the app or website in question is the strong incentive for users to network in their fields of expertise. I can even do it with people who really otherwise wouldn't have the chance to communicate with that person or even get in touch. I believe the Network itself is the essence of LinkedIn.

Pros

Among the various functions offered by this application or software is the possibility of finding jobs or job offers available in your area. It's actually a social network related to the corporate world. There are posts about the most varied companies and different types of business. In any area of expertise. There are profiles of prominent professionals, people who are stars in their field.

Cons

Often the website interface presents itself as another social network. So much so that the presentation and the posts are very similar. What bothers me a lot is that connections are often suggested that don't have much to do with your professional interests. Even if a person works at the same company as you. Another factor that I think could do better is related to user posts that don't appear in the feed. Or are a little hard to find.

Fair

Pros

I like the Job search engine. It's the only thing that makes me still working on this website. Its good and straightforward.

Cons

A lot of points that should be fixed actually as follows: 1. Make all the job application through Easy apply, Since many websites are spam and unreachable. 2. No posting allowed except Job vacancy format. 3. Advertising cost is extremely expensive

### "Linkedin Jobs review"

June 18, 2022

It has been great working with LinkedIn. IT helped us to attract active talent from LinkedIn and find talent effectively and easily. IT helped us to find candidates in the Civil domain that no other job board could. Overall i will rate this system a 10.

Pros

The product is phenomenal. It is best for active recruitment in commercial space. The AI of the system is top of the chain and finds the best matches from LinkedIn. The applicant database is the biggest and the UI/UX is the cherry on the cake.

Cons

The prising. They do not negotiate a penny.

Reason for choosing LinkedIn Jobs

Largest database and ease of reaching out to talent + No geographical boundaries.

### "Review about LinkedIn Jobs"

October 10, 2022

I have overall Fifteen months of experience and compare with job portal like Dice/monster, Linked in is the most useful job portal ever.

Pros

I like Job positing. Once we post the job we will get resumes frequently.

Cons

Once we reached the view count we cant source candidates. That is the least liked part in this software.
