### "Spread the Love: Butter Up Your Toast to Successful Fundraising with Ease!"

The team at GB from the sales folks to training, and support are a breath of fresh air. They are upbeat and so fun to work with. We have found our experience to be very positive.

Pros

Give Butter has been a credible digital fundraising solution for our nonprofit organization. We used it to launch our Capital Campaign in August. Our Board has embraced the idea of using their own fundraising page to raise money for our new building. Our donors have especially appreciated being able to see their donation in real time while having the ability to make it public or anonymous. They love seeing money being raised by our organization in the life view. This not only created enthusiasm, but helped us raised foundational dollars to meeting our fundraising goals.

Cons

There times when donors make errors that it would be nice to be able for our team to correct financial errors on the back end without having to chat with support. Now the support team is great, but we would like to be able to meet our donor error issues ourself.

Easy to use on the back end and the front end, the price is right, customer service was fast and helpful when I reached out. Overall we love it!

Pros

Givebutter is so easy to use and the customer service has been great. I love the flexibility of it being free and also the ability to tip when we can.

Pros

Givebutter is powerful and intuitive. It is a great tool for nonprofits that need to get a lot done efficiently and cost-effectively.

### "Great Program/Less Stress"

Overall, I enjoy it and sending all my donors to as it decreases a lot of administrative work for me.

Pros

It’s a great software that allows me to send e-giving letters to donors. I believe it’s the best crowdfunding software I have used.

Cons

Sometimes, all the icons can be confusing. For example, I had a message saved in regular settings, but when I went to my actual trip settings, it was different. I think settings should be one icon and have all the functions in one spot where we can change stuff in the same place.

### "Great source for non profit fundraising"

Its been great. I love that they communicate well and are very open to feature suggestions.

Pros

I love the ease of ticket sales and that the consumer can choose to take the fees for us. Emailing patron is super simple as well. We are just starting to explore the auction feature and will give it a go this fall.

Cons

The lack of a seating chart for ticket sales. This is a big one for us and hopefully a feature we are working on. We may have to use a different ticketing platform for some venues to create assigned seating.

### "Why would anyone ever choose another platform?"

I have had a positive experience with Monday so far! From sign up to now, their team has been so accessible and helpful for any of my questions.

Pros

I love how intuitive the platform is for those needing to fundraise for their organizations. It is clear that the development team stays sensitive tot he feedback and needs of their users, while providing ample resources for success.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this point. There are things that I wish integrated better with Monday, but it is possibel that is human error and not an oversight of the platform.

Its easy to set up and even easier to use, we can collect donations, manage donors, manage events, and buold relationships all within the same platform. There are no outrageous fees like some platforms have and it's easy to personalize.

It's easy to use and collaborative so multiple people on our team can work together on events, finances and things of that nature.

N/a. The are no features that we did not like with give butter.

Pros

Everything about setting up the campaign--ticketing, auctions, promo codes--was very easy to do. For our non-profit client, the low fees associated are especially important. Their real-time support team is also top notch.

Cons

I NEED the ability to create bidder profiles on-site or as an admin. It made check-in very clunky.

### "A great product for silent auctions"

Overall, great! I love that we are able to easily put an auction together and include text to give for those who didn't want to participate in the auction. There were a few settings that were hard to find and some fees that seemed a little much. Overall, though, I love this product.

Pros

I love how it is very easy to use. Building out our company's silent auction was a straightforward process.

Cons

There are a few settings that were a little hard to find, like the options to have credit cards run at the end of the auction. The fees that are inquired on credit cards if that option is turned on also feels excessive.

### "So Far So GOOD!"

The webinars are very upbeat and helpful, so far it's been a good platform for campaigns. I've had prompt responses for help in the Chat feature.

Pros

User friendly, has what I need at this point in our nonprofit. Our first campaign set up was smooth and successful!

Cons

I/we cannot get the widgets on our website- I have a board member looking into it again, as time allows. I don't know a lot yet, I'm building our donor database and will soon see how it transfers to bookkeeping software.

I love that givebutter is a one stop shop for all things nonprofit. It allows our team to run events, accept recurring donations, and perform live giving rally’s.

Cons

I do not like that we cannot set up bi-monthly giving options for recurring donors but Givebutter staff has assured us they are working the problem.

### "Simple solution for our small nonprofit"

Pros

We love that it is a simple platform with enough options to make it work for multiple purposes (sponsor payments, donations, vendor payments, etc.) for our small nonprofit.

Cons

I wish there was greater capability to customize the payment page. For example, we had several festival vendors who were confused that the button said “donate” instead of “pay now” or something along those lines..

### "Great tool for small to medium sized non-profit"

I've had an A+ experience with Givebutter so far. I think it walks a good line between technological versatility and simplicity. As with all platforms, there are plenty of areas where it can grow or add more value, but on the whole, it's been a great tool for our non-profit.

Pros

In my experience with Givebutter, they offer some really exceptional webinars which serve as useful resources for fundraising. I've also really enjoyed their customer service team which is always quick to respond and very creative in their approach. For a crm which is free, it's an excellent tool for our needs.

Cons

The only challenge I've encountered has been a somewhat limited platform for newsletters- especially when trying to seek diverse avenues to recruit new readers. I'd love more versatility in sign up button options, even something that I can add to our overall campaigns to increase readership/following.

Givebutter has been extremely helpful in our fundraising for a local school campaign. We can collect online donations, sell tickets to our fundraising event and send emails to contacts about our progress. We really like that it's such a comprehensive fundraising platform.

Pros

The ease of use of the platform, and that fact that it allows for all types of fundraising (online, event, etc.).

Cons

The email interface could be more nimble. I also wish there was an option to add custom HTML code.

overall, a very good platform for the non profit I work with.

Pros

I love the ease of the platform. How it connects with all of our platforms. It's pretty. And you can use multiple payments like venmo and apple pay for ease of donating.

Cons

I wish I could incorporate our swag on here somehow for a boost of sales for our fundraising. I don't like how it doesn't tell you how many tickets are sold (instead of supporters- It's very complicated on the back end)
