In a hotel industry, we can easily give hotel staff a login to create posts that we can approve at head office. I like having multiple users and the ability to approve posts. Their customer service is exceptional and very responsive. Cons It can be a bit buggy posting from iPhone, so I look forward to an iPhone app. Again, they are very responsive when I have had an issue and resolved it quickly. March 1, 2018 5.0 It made me really want to dive into social media marketing as Planable is so user friendly and good looking. Because of Planable, I have been more consistent with posting on my social media accounts. Pros The interface is very user friendly and looks great. The best thing is that you can see what your timeline will look like after the posts have been published. Also, it's amazing that you can communicate with your team about the posts and make any adjustments needed. Cons It would be great if you can automatically post on Instagram as well, but it's in the planning! Also Pinterest would be a great addition and would really make this an all-round marketing tool.
