Pros I love the approval feature that allows you to request sign off from other members of your team, and the option to add comments. Cons I don't always get notified when Instagram posts go out. Everything is organized neatly and I can track my daily tasks easier. Pros You can quickly get used to it, every function and button is where they are supposed to be. The design is great, the pricing is really reasonable. It helps save time because things can easily get out of hand if you handle several social accounts at once. Cons For me, this platform has no cons. Obviously it has some limitations so it might not work for every social media manager, marketer out there, but for most of them, this is a great time-saver. March 1, 2018 5.0 Pros Planable allows me to easily create posts, preview them, collaborate and approve, schedule, group into campaigns, and then republish as needed, all at the click of a button in a beautiful, easy to use interface. I have tried numerous other programs to meet my publishing needs, this is the first one I've really liked. Cons There were a few glitches with the interface when dragging and dropping elements, probably some kind of dhtml issue, but I'm sure those will get worked out in time. Pros I'm new working with a team, and being able to use Planable to have someone else do the heavy lifting (for once) is exciting. My team members can handle a single account each and prepare the posts, I can go in to one place and approve for our multiple businesses. Takes a lot of the guess work out. March 1, 2018 4.0 Clients love us even more for the very clear and easy to use overview of their social media communication. Pros It's really easy to use. Looks exactly like the media that is used for e.g. Facebook NewsFeed. For clients, Plannable is very great for a big overview - thanks to its Calendar view. Bigger teams can easily cooperate right in the app. Also, the pipeline and the whole communication from the Plannable side is excellent. Cons At this point, it lacks some of the features great for planning ahead e.g. notes (for keeping your ideas alive). Also, it should have some separated views only for teams and other ones for clients - it would help teams to talk about their ideas more freely. Cons due to the linear structure and lack of interface for browsing content across a longer time period and sorting ability, it's difficukt to reuse or review these precious data when growing into a vast amount of body. Better view of future posts Pros I love the cleanliness of the UI and the fact that it previews your page as it is. Also I really love the workplaces as I can separate my businesses easily. Cons At this moment I am missing the posting to instagram feature and the ability to add Pinterest. However, when taken in account how may things were implemented last month, like facebook groups, calendar view etc. I think it's save to say that this will be implemented in the future. Pros Well designed and provides exactly what is needed to coordinate and collaborate on social posts. I looked all over for an affordable and intuitive tool to manage social post creation with freelancers. The product works very well. Cons The only bad thing was that it took me too long to find it. There are features within it that you think wouldn't be there like the ability to add GIFs to your social media posts. At the time of writing this, they've just added support for Facebook Groups which is an absolute game changer for me. Couldn't be happier. Cons Not much. The new feature which now allows us to also add individual profiles in the app is so much killer that we can even pay more for the same. Pros Visual appearance and Collaboration. This helps us to see the complete month timeline in a single scroll and the collaboration allows us to take inputs from all the teams. Since the clients are added as approvers, that allows us to take an easy approval from them and thus anything after the approval is not on the head of the design team which helps to have the right person accountable in case of any issue. Teams and notes. Pros Easy layout to plan social media posting. Allows you to see all your scheduled posts across all your social media in a monthly view or to view them individually. Allows you to repost posts. Has to be approved, so they don't just post. Also love the notes/comments area for each post your planning. Cons Doesn't allow instagram posting yet. I love the way posts are displayed and how you can see exactly how they will be seen on social media channels. The approve and comment tools are very helpful for my team or clients to provide feedback right on a social media management tool. Cons No bulk upload feature which is difficult when you're working with multiple clients. No analytic reports so I I have to use another tool for that. It really helps us see how it will all play out later once its posted. Cons It seems that Facebook favors posts scheduled inside of facebook (instead of external sites like Planable) so you can be on their platform longer, see more ads while you're doing it, etc. Because of that, we don't use Planable as much as we used to. I can approve of things a lot quicker which gives us all more time for other projects. Pros I love how my team can all be on the same page about our social media which makes for a more consistent online presence. Things that were being overlooked are being taken care of quickly. March 1, 2018 4.0 Pros I like the tool because it is straight forward and it is easy to navigate within the tabs. I like how it was designed and it is very intuitive. When I logged in for the first time I was able to easily set it up and post my first content. Cons I use this tool on a weekly basis, so I have to approve the post individually, I am not sure if there is a behavior in the browser that it seems like I have to click Approve the button twice. It helps us plan purposefully, hone in on our message, and manage different accounts and pages effortlessly. Pros I love the ability to create and edit posts for different social media platforms just as if it was your real business page. Imagine getting the chance to collaborate with your team on how your post will look and flow alongside the rest of your other posts. Planable has right what most others don't. We don't need a scheduling software to post our content, we need a collaboration tool to create better content and serve it directly to our social channels quickly and beautifully. Planable does that. Cons Sadly, Planable doesn't have Instagram scheduling yet, but it's rumored that it is in the pipeline for future release.
