Because it so easy to use, it saves me time, effort and money. Cons The procedure for scheduling posts was not easy at first, but once I figured it out, it was a piece of cake. March 3, 2018 5.0 It allows me to set up a month or more of posts for Facebook all in one session. I can easily rearrange posts if I find something later that's time sensitive or if the client has a special to post. It saves me time. Pros I love the drag and drop calendar that makes it easy to rearrange my posts. Also, the option of feed view where I can see even the posts that I've saved but not scheduled. It's intuitive to use and very simple for a beginning user to learn. Cons I have to make sure to click the "approve" button so the item will post, even though I don't need client approval. But I don't mind because it gives me a chance to double check what I've written as an intro to the post. Planable eases my work as I can set each business in different workspace and schedule my posts. I can add members to these workspaces, but I must approve their posts. And everything is very easy to work with! Cons I can use it just for Facebook, for now. I would love when other Social Media are added. March 1, 2018 5.0 Very easy to collaborate and plan a social calendar. Pros Planable makes it super easy to collaborate on posts and see a calendar of what we have and where we need to fill in. The newly added evergreen post feature was so needed, and now just waiting for direct posting to Instagram, and it will be our go to tool for social media! I can use it for other projects as well, which is great. Cons The schedule has to be clicked twice to actually post on the day/time selected. The first time is to select a day/time, but the second actually schedules the post. It took the team a few missed posts to get that. Maybe just explain that as a tooltip on the workspace. I can schedule my posts well in advance and take a look at the calendar and know exactly where and when to post. Pros The best feature about Plannable is I'm able to plan my social media posting well in advance. I can take a look the calendar and decide where and when I need to put something up. Also, I love how you can create a post and send it to another department for approval. Cons I wish there were other social networks like Pinterest, Tumblr & G+. This would be powerful. Being able to view posts as they will appear on the different social media sites is a big plus. Integrating comments with each proposed post makes teamwork easy. We've tried a dozen different social media post planning tools over the years and Planable is the first one we actually want to use. Most of these tools make social posts more cumbersome and difficult, but Planable makes them easier and much more organized. I would love if it came with different language options, as I have different customers that do not speak English. Pros Having to post for different clients, each with their own views and opinions can be exhausting. It is a never-ending battle of back and forth emails. Uploading the image to an email, making changes, some else thinking that something else can work better, making changes, sending emails - now I can regroup teams, have all conversations and changes in one place and once everyone is happy - just click the post button. But the thing I absolutely live the most, is how responsive and communicative the team is. They reply to concerns and take on suggestions with enthusiasm. What a great team. Pros I run a web agency, and this product has saved my life. We can now collaborate with our customers every day to create social media content, get approvals, and schedule our posts. The clients now has way to have full confidence in our services because we can offer a transparent way for them to see what we are doing. March 8, 2018 4.0 It's easy to use and it makes fun to provide my followers with new content via several social media platforms with a very short amount of time. I really appreciate Planable and recommend to use it if you are an active user of social media. Pros I appreciate the easy way to crosspost to several platforms with ease with a minimum time effort. Planable really makes it easy for me to write, check and schedule my posts. Great feature: the repost button! :) When chosing the twitter post form first or "standalone" it comes with a character amount checker that lets you create a post that fits to the last point. When posting to several platforms I can change the content of the posts to FB or LinkedIn afterwards if I like. When i take a look at the road map I am really excited to see what will come in the future! Cons At the moment I can find only one negative aspect about PLanable: The Instagram implementation isn't yet active but it's on the roadmap. So I am looking forward to using it in the future. March 1, 2018 4.0 Planable helped with virtually all aspects of of social media content development. The organizational structure (calendar view, timeline view, etc.) helped during the planning process. We could allocate what type of content we needed throughout the month and quarter. Similarly, the ability to view social media posts helped with the visual and textual design of posts. Finally, being able to edit each other's posts was a huge time saver. We were able to add and edit posts at our own pace. Pros My team loves the capability to be able to view posts before they are published to the world. The capability for multiple team members to edit the posts also saves us plenty of time. Additionally, being able to view the posts in a calendar view helps with organization and content planning. Cons The only con we saw with Planable was the inability to share with clients who don't have a Planable account. We want to be able to share content with users who don't have a Planable account so that they can still edit. While making clients create an account to allow them to edit content isn't the end of the world, it is an additional step they have to take to access their content. We saw Planable is working on this, and that's what set this content site apart from the rest. Review Source DK Daria K. It's also super affordable, compared to some other platforms I used before. Pros I can 100% recommend Planable. It saves me up to 10 hours of time each month, I’m so grateful I found them. What is important for me is their UX, the tool is easy to use and very intuitive. I also loved how easy it is to change workspaces. Cons Haven’t found any disadvantages of Planable yet. Pros We love how Planable allows us to see the posts through the eyes of Facebook! The post length, images, videos, tags - everything can be seen exactly as it would look on Facebook. I can also easily collaborate with my designer, assign him tasks (via tags and the comment feature). It has definitely simplified our workflow. I now work once a week to plan the posts and I'm off! Cons The calendar view is a bit unintuitive because it doesn't automatically scroll up or down. It's a small thing, but I definitely would like this function improved. The scheduling tool is great and we use the review / approver process a lot. The main reason we chose it was for the review / approve functionality when we have multiple people using the tool to create social content posts.
