Very very good. It is easy to navigate for both team members and for clients, and we've had very good feedback from them.

Pros

I love the fact that our clients' have everything they need in one place! The ability to make notes internal, whilst allowing the clients' access to everything else, is something we have always struggled with, communication wise as agency. We also love the drafts for content creation, it makes it very easy for my team to plan the calendars in advance and gives the entire team visibility with no limitations on the number of members included in the cost of one workspace!

Cons

I wish Planable would send notifications at the beginning of the day when there's posts scheduled to avoid any minor mistakes for triple checking.

An amazing and smooth experience, I would recommend it to social media agencies that have many accounts

Pros

How easy and user friendly it is! I feel so organized when I use it. And it is very quick to learn on it. Connecting your pages is so easy and so not complicated like other apps.

Cons

I don't like that I need to manually post Instagram stories, I wish they can upload on their own like posts

Pros

The ease of use. The free plan is sufficient for a small business, but the analytics and engagement are great value too.

Cons

The app could do with a bit more capability. But maybe i need to learn how to use it better too! I do most of my stuff on the computer so no biggie for me.

Easy and straightforward, very intuitive to navigate. Rarely find something I can't do. Definitely recommend to friends.

Pros

I love that I can not open instagram and know what I've posted for reference, as well as easily move future posts around. It helps me keep my mind focused and workload contained. It's amazing value and has so many features and tools that other apps are missing.

Cons

No ability to add songs or collaborators to posts, which I would have to go into instagram to edit but then the post gets devalued in the algorithm.

Its good, ive only started this month so hopefully its easy for my clients to use but overall I enjoy it, just really wish the image upload quality was better.

Pros

It's easy to use and I really appreciate that I can directly add my canva designs and add emojis. Hope my clients find it helpful.

Cons

HATE that the quality is so bad and you limit the quality of uploads on images. makes it really hard to plan content for clients who need high quality images like photographers/

Platform works well. It's the best scheduling platform I have used so far. It would be better if it was a little bit cheeper.

Pros

How clean and easy it is to schedule and edit social media posts in advance. The platform is designed intuitively and is simple to use.

Cons

It would be better if it was a bit cheeper. If it was about 20-30% cheeper it would be more accessible to not for profits, charities, artists, and other independent projects and small business.

I would highly recommend Planable for agencies and medium-sized teams who manage content for multiple brands/clients. Its superior collaboration and approval tools justify the cost and are a massive benefit to workflow.

Pros

The approval workflow (optional, required, multi-level). This feature is often a major time-saver, as it centralizes feedback and eliminates the "email/spreadsheet back-and-forth.

Cons

the features are great, the pricing can be a bit higher for very small businesses or freelancers compared to other entry-level scheduling tools.

overall planable is great for social media management, its been a breeze for us to upload and helps us seamlessly with our content creation

Pros

I love that we can chat with the team and the ability to show the feed to the clients externally so that theyre able to view only whats needed and not all our comments

Cons

I think the fact that there is no option to have a chatbox for the internal team, that would be great to have

easy to use, very simple. ive been planning on it my reels and posts for a while. i just havent learned how to work the stories yet.

Cons

i have to download the app for stories. thats about it really. everything else was fine, and tools are easy to use
