March 3, 2026 4.0 Purchasing a subscription was a headache and the full day response time in working with \[sensitive content hidden\] to resolve the issue was frustrating. But we like the program and are excited to implement it for the company I work for. Pros Ease of use. I tried Exclaimer and it was difficult to obtain the look I wanted. The guidance on their website wasn't as clear and easy as CodeTwo. Cons I've been working with \[sensitive content hidden\] to fix the spacing issue between elements on reply messages. She is quick to respond and quick to resolve my issue. VR Verified Reviewer Technical Director Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Aggressive Support Teams" October 9, 2020 3.0 I don't like the set up of the software and the fact that you need to have an install of the software to design the signatures. This often doesn't work properly. The signatures often go down and you have open the software and reconnect to allow it to work again. This means you either have to remote into the machine that the software is loaded on or drive to the work. I have also found that the delivery of the mails is often very slow through their servers and can sometimes have to wait for 15 to 30 mins for the mails to go through. Their support says that this is impossible. Pros Has a couple of features that Exclaimer Cloud Signatures don't have. Cons The support teams are aggressive and even though I have vast experience with Office 365 and Exchange, when asking for help, their support are not helpful and make it seem like it my fault rather than their fault. I have moved up the support levels and the experience did not improve. They also don't treat their resellers well. Pros We found the product incredibly easy to deploy and setting up a signature from either a template or an idea was very simple. The support team is incredibly responsive and effective and managed to resolve some tricky issues passed on from a design team. We've deployed it internally and at clients and the server/client side signatures all work well. The integration into Outlook was easy and we haven't had any issues we couldn't resolve. The price for what you get is excellent and an easy on sell to our existing client base.
