I found it very helpful to import information from other documents and organize everything into one structured business plan. The platform makes it easier to keep all the sections consistent and produces a professional-looking document. Pros The ability to generate accurate financial projections in a very intuitive way and the freedom of choosing from several diagramms which best represent the projection. I also appreciated the variety of templates available, depending on the type of business you are working on. Cons At the beginning, the platform takes a little time to get used to, especially when working with the financial forecasting tools, i wish there were a case study templates for the financial projection too. The AI rewriting is fabulous. There are still some glitches as I remember, which we can discuss in details through your support, as we have already started. I hope you will implement my improvements suggested or requested. It will enhance dramatically the experiences of all your customers. Pros It's like the Rolls-Royce of preparing such documents!! Cons Unfortunately, that Rolls-Royce needs a very good driver. I was very impressed with the integration of the components of the plan. It was the most pleasant experience writing a business plan that I have ever had...and I have writed a lot of them. Pros The process was great and easy to follow. The results were very detailed and complete. I especially liked the results of the AI-assisted completion. Very professional and well-presented. Cons I didn't have any problems. Revisions were easily done. The financial part was a bit quirky and someone without a financial statement background might have some challenges but I am confident assistance from the Upmetrics team can help resolve that. It is a great software for hitting all the points needed to fully exam a business idea at a budget friendly cost. Pros Upmetrics software is intuitive, organized and budget friendly. I wrote a successful, full business plan with financials using this software for an SBA loan for our start up company. The structure provided was extremely helpful in organizing quickly the sections required in a business plan while allowing for easy addition of images and cut and paste text needed to explain the concept, industry, review competition, as well as develop the mission, vision and projected optional structure of the business. Cons I would have considered an annual membership; I did not see the pause button for the membership to reduce cost for the months not needed! You get busy and miss this...so be sure to check! The program is very easy to understand and use. Corrections and adjustments are a breeze. Pros Upmetrics has been very easy to use and the AI component is excellent. I am a Finance professional and a previous client of mine asked me to do a business plan for his hydroponics business. I am good with numbers but didn't really know where to start. That's when Upmetrics came in. I also like the fact that the system integrates with Xero and Quickbooks accounting software so that when we do start the business we can easily transfer the figures over. I was provided a platform that took my business plan 10x better than what I could have done on my own, or even more so! Pros The simplicity and intuitiveness to help augment my workflow were exactly what I was looking for. As professional as I am, it is always nice to “enjoy” working, and Upmetrics does just that for me. Also, I had a couple of support issues which were addressed with lightening speed. This is a huge factor and they at Upmetrics have customer service nailed. Cons Upmetrics is not perfect. There are some quirky things as with all software and systems. What I did not like was the menus always requiring me to re-hide them when switching sections.
