It's useful that the tool sometimes determines demand pricing. The interface is also pretty well developed from a usability perspective. I used another software prior to this and Wheelhouse is so much better. My favorite feature is the month to month seasonal adjustments that you can do. This is so important in my market. Cons The rates around local Chicago events and holidays don't always follow my experience and knowledge. Also wish that you would work with VRBO, as 50% of my bookings are sourced on that platform. Wheelhouse uses algorithms to set a fair market price that I have no desire or the time to figure out. Cons Wheelhouse does not link with VRBO/homeaway. This service has paid for itself for a very long time. Cons Difficult to complain about something that has made me so much more money. Wheelhouse keeps adding features all the time. Pros When I first used Wheelhouse I never thought with the increase in pricing that I would ever get any bookings. Once they started to book, I thought great I can make more money and take less bookings! Boy was I wrong my bookings are the strongest ever. I will make as much money in the first three months of 2018 and I made all year in 2017. I recommend that you at least try Wheelhouse and see what happens. Cons I wish Wheelhouse was connected with VRBO and Mrbanb. It would save me time manually adjusting the pricing. It would be nice if the host could see price changes in bold! Pros Most important is wheelhouse has helped me to increase revenue. The platform is easy to use, customer service is very good, wheelhouse is like a business partner. Cons There are some features that are not there yet but they are in development. I would also like to be able to mass update across multiple properties. I definitely get a lot more bookings when Wheelhouse pricing is enabled. Customer service is great too through instant messaging. Pros The data points Wheelhouse uses to calculate demand for pricing and constant adjustment to maximize profit. Cons Staying logged in seems to be an issue. There's no mobile version of the site. I like that I can choose a conservative, aggressive, or in between, approach. Before wheelhouse I was setting my prices manually, just guessing, and missing a lot of opportunities to take advantage of supply and demand and the other factors that control the fluctuation of prices within our location. We would continue using Wheelhouse simply for the convenience, but on top of that I think we are probably making more money than we were on our own. It makes pricing for my Airbnb really simple. I like how it sets a base price and then constantly adjusts the price based on a number of variables. It offers the user a better return on their investment and pays for itself with time. Cons The reporting charts are useful, but are fairly limited. I'm not sure though what else I would add to make them better.
