I know that once I submit a charge, it will seamlessly be taken care of on the back end Cons Sometimes the expense report vs individual charges gets confusing. I'll create a charge but cannot figure out how to put it in an expense report to submit it or how to submit it without using a whole report (I don't have many expenses so I am often only submitting one charge) Review Source Response from U.S. Bank March 9, 2018 Thanks for the review Niara! You can submit expenses directly from the main "Expenses" screen by tapping "Submit" in the top-right on mobile, or clicking the 3-dot menu in the top-right on desktop; this will directly generate a report named "General Expenses" and submit it to your manager, and works great if you just have a few expenses each month. To assign expenses to a report, all you have to do is create a new report first from the "Reports" section of the menu. You can then create expenses directly from the new report you've just created. Also, each time you create a new expense from the main "Expenses" screen you can choose to assign it to any open Report. It’s probably the best travel/procurement option that I’ve experienced in my 24 years. Pros I really enjoyed the functionality for booking your flights, consistent notifications of changes to travel plans, and the support provided by our side official. Cons The approval for Perdiem, and other cost, could be complicated within our system. There is a variance of Waze you can select which category to meet your needs. That can become confusing for someone just utilizing the system. Also, on the home screen, when selecting which category to utilize, Please make the reimbursement items horizontal rather than vertical. Cons when it calculates the mileage for my workers it goes down to the decimal and the state will not reimburse on the decimal but whole number. we lose money as a system when this occurs also TB is pulling all my expenses from one cost center and i have clearly put in that is another Review Source AA April A. I feel this company is growing and making continual improvements. Pros The mobile app makes uploading receipts a breeze…..open app, snap pic, go. For the 50 - 60 users in the field during the busy season this time saving app benefits both the user and management. Within the software, customization allowed for company specific coding which then produced the required report needed for import into the company’s accounting program. Cons The lack of automatic report integration into Quickbooks, via the Right Networks Remote Desktop, makes importing TB reports cumbersome. On line customer service needs improvement. 24/7 chat would be beneficial over an 8-5 Monday thru Friday service. Giving an automated chat response of ‘we’ll respond within a couple of hours’ does not bode well when time is critical. Pros First, The ability to quickly take a photo of the receipt and later fill in the details when I have time. Second the ability to sync my credit card to the software, and third, I don't travel often but I do like the ability to be able to do all purchase and planning via this software. The best part is that you can pull it up on the laptop and finish anything you started on your phone. The Customer service is impeccable. I don't know how you maintain that level of service with a free app. This is a great app and making it free to use, is wonderful. The developer has done a marvelous job. Cons Honestly there are no Cons considering its free. I would though, definitely suggest some wishful items that can probably make this app extraordinary. 1. Have OCR recognition to catch receipts details. 2. Give user a full access to change anything in their profile, like Company name, company setup and other items. 3. Allow to change/add logo for the reports, with ability to extract as CSV file. Pros The online platform is very simple and straightforward; integration with company credit card is seamless; customer service is lightning fast! Cons Lacking in high level admin functions - managing multiple traveler profiles: i.e. adding in multiple frequent traveler programs simultaneously and to the same contact etc. I have not yet seen any price breaks/negotiated lower rates for any of my travel searches.
