The platform is user friendly even for beginners; customer support is very dedicated to make sure that your experience is worthwhile. Pros The platform has a free trial that to me is highly important when you’re learning a new platform to perform test. I truly enjoyed the advanced AI Kane ! They also will teach you how to become a tester and become certified through them. You can’t beat it! Cons The only thing that I didn’t like was when I was testing an app on a mock device. Pros I'm really liking the overall UI of the app as well as the simplicity of usage. The number of device available is very good (from last Iphone to very old Samsung). Using it to develop mobile application helps a lot and increase productivity as well as app performance and reliability.
