By the time we got to procuring, it had already disappeared and now the base price is higher Pros The dashboard is pretty straightforward and onboarding new team members hasn't required much internal hand holding. Basic functionality and the UI is not giving us trouble. Cons Experience with support was terrible. They took multiple tries to even simply explain their Multi-Device offering to me, and I've had different agents give me different information. Everytime you ask a counter question, they want to get on a call. Why cant you just equip yourself better and resolve queries? Cons In the absolute beginning of our test journey we tried accessing one of our private sites that was not accessible on the open internet at that time and it took us a few minutes to download and enable the integrated tunnel - but that was entirely on us, the UI did not hide that feature at all.
