We have been using Bucketlist for years and I can say I am glad and completely satisfied with the fact that Wildstone has incorporated it into our culture.

Pros

Within Wildstone, I find Bucketlist to be a great team building tool. It makes for easy recognition and with the variety of redemption options, I think most find real value in it.

Cons

I have issues logging in because Wildstone's domain isn't recognized. To this day I have to login via an email link.

I have used my points on Amazon twice now and it was an easy process redeeming points for the gift card. A very positive experience.

Pros

It provides an opportunity to show appreciation. Points are exchanged for gift cards to be used in so many ways. It's better than a pizza party!

Cons

I wish my company would give me more monthly points to share. I have many coworkers and it's often difficult to spread the points around.

I have used for gift cards to different restaurants for myself and as gifts. It is very nice to have a good meal for free

Pros

It is a great way to be rewarded for all kinds of things, especially when it is a surprise! You get an email that shows recognition for doing your job well and it is very uplifting!

Cons

I do not really have any negatives. I was not able to go back and reprint an old gift card I had lost from last year but that is all.

Pros

It allows you to recognize others as well as receive gifts for yourself. You can also see your progress

Cons

Haven't learned how to choose the different stores, different parks, different museums, etc. without having to scroll from A-Z.

I am completely happy with using the Bucketlist. I always check it before I go to a specific store to see if I have enough points to get a card to go with me.

Pros

How easy it is to pick what you want and the array of all of the options you are given. I always find what I am looking for. It is my go to place before the weekend.

Cons

I really don't have an issue with anything. Maybe it would be nice to run a special on specific card monthly to get more people to use their points to order.

Very Easy to use. Not hard to understand. Takes a small amount of time to receive gift cards. Lots to choose from.

Not any least to like or dislike. Easy to understand and easy to use. Fun to choose from a lot of things.

Pros

It said that my exchange would take up to three days to complete, but it was immediate, very fast and easy. It's a very useful app.

Cons

I just don't have any more dollars left to exchange, lol. I'm actually really satisfied with the app—I don't think there's anything about it that I don't like.

It's intuitive and the blog posts wall is really good, also private recognition is one of the best thing where i can credit someone without attracting attention ( suitable for the introverts )

Cons

Great Rewards and Recognition marketplace tool, but reward selections occasionally reset, which needs fixing

I have had such a great experience with the Bucket List. Everyone shows a little bit of appreciation whether its the employer sending a token of appreciation or an employee showing a little recognition for something we did .

Pros

That we as employees receive a token of recognition from our Employer as well as from the employees as an appreciation for our hard work.

Cons

I love everything about this bucket list application. I have nothing bad to say about it . I hope everyone enjoys it as much as my colleagues and i do.

My overall experience with Bucketlist has been an enjoyable one. It’s a great tool to use to motivate employees and it’s very very easy to use.

Pros

The thing I liked most about Bucketlist is how user friendly it is. The layout is not complicated to follow and everything is fairly self explanatory.

Cons

The thing I liked the least about Bucketlist is that sometimes it takes a while to load the page where we can redeem the points.

I enjoy being able to see all of the other employees that get recognized and what they have accomplished as well as wishing happy birthdays and anniversaries on one platform!

Pros

I love that there are so many options for gift cards, especially when I am not in some of the areas for the experiences.

Cons

I really do not have anything that I dislike about it. When I first started using the bucketlist, I did have issues trying to figure it out and use it. It would have been nice to have a webinar to explain.

Pros

It's a great way to show recognition to my employees and it allows me to reward them with things they like.

Cons

Nothing. I think it's a great program. Giving and receiving is such a great feeling. Being able to recognize those who work hard is a great moral booster.

I have always had a great experience, it's always user friendly, I love getting gift cards but there are so many options,. It was very easy to use and redeem points

Pros

I like the way earning points can get you gift cards with Amazon, I shop there frequently, but there are so many other options. I was able to give someone some points for PTO that is going out for surgery

Cons

There aren't too many cons that I can think of, other than sometimes it takes a while to earn enough points to get something.

it is exciting not only being recognized but the ability to encourage and recognize my coworkers for a job well done :)

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative... there have been times where i meant to make it viewable to only the person and then i forget and it goes system wide. maybe if that option were a little bigger and easier to see??

Pros

I like being able to show my coworkers support and it helps me be able to see when different peoples birthday and work anniversaries are support them.

Cons

Its hard to navigate for some people but not me. I am usually the one that shows everyone and reminds them that we have the Bucketlist rewards program.

I WISH WE HAD AN APP ON OUR PHONE. I DONT LIKE TO INTERUPT MY WORK FLOW WITH EMAIL IF I CAN HELP IT. SOMETIMES IT IS DISTRACTING SO BEING ABLE TO PAY IT FORWARD IN MY ON TIME SOUNDS GREAT!
