Giving points to employees so they can choose a gift card is so much better than trying to buy gift for recognition or birthdays! Pros Great selection of gift cards! The list of cards keeps getting longer. Employees can decide what is the best gift card and which vendors are in their area. Cons No Visa and Mastercard is only for online purchases not in person. The Bucketlist program is very easy to use on a desktop or the phone app. I highly recommend it to other companies if they are looking for a wonderful and easy recognition program. As a supervisor, I have seen staff morale go through the roof as a result of this program. Cons I do not have any complaints about the program. I like every aspect of it. Cons In the past, I couldn't even get on the site or if I did I couldn't access my account. Extremely user-friendly and a very well thought and rounded program that should be used more! Pros The functionality of the Bucketlist program is overall 10/10. The ability to give others recognition for outstanding work and thank you's is a wonderful moral booster! Cons The only con that I can find with the Bucketlist system, "this may be a company related con". I also by for my dog when I didn't have the money to get it. It really does have the ability to come through in a crunch. Pros I like that there are a variety of options to redeem the bucket list points. I honestly wish there were more grocery options or gas cards or maybe just plain visa cards that way we can spend it anywhere. However, I am in no way complaining, with Dominos being an option and my son loving pizza and there is also Walmart for groceries. It's amazing. Cons The only thing I can say that I like the least is when its something I want and i wish it was $1 for 1 point. (Lol) I honestly have nothing negative to say about BucketList.
