I received rewards and I was able to send rewards to coworkers to show my appreciation for their work and team support on projects. The reward program is a great platform that our company uses. Pros It allows employees to acknowledge our coworkers for their great work and team support. It also helps boost morale. Rewards are received and can be redeemed immediately. As soon as I choose the gift card, I immediately got the email to redeem my card. Pros How you have so many options at such a low valued amount of points. Also is is great that being recognized at work can get you free gift cards. Cons There is not anything I can say I do not like about Bucketlist. The only thing I can really think of is maybe there should be an option where you can get a physical gift card sent to you. Mainly for the older people that are not as good with virtual cards. My favorite thing is the array of options. Pros It is easy to use and distribute. There is also a good selection of gift cards and they arrive fast. Cons There is nothing that I can say I don't like. I never had problem when using paper copy at the store to get my merchandise as well. Pros I really like the convenience of getting a paper copy of your gift to take to the store and receive your gift or shop online and have delivered to your home address. Cons There was really nothing I disliked about the Bucketlist, as stated above really easy to use. I was able to take my paper copy I printed off to the selected store and used with no issues. I add my cards to my apple wallet with no concern for scams. I think the point to money value is good and well worth it. Pros Bucklist give teams an opportunity to recognise their team mates for the hard work they put in. The site seems to very secure. There are several stores to choose gift cards from. I also like using it to recognize my peers for favors or exceptional behavior Cons I haven't had any issues with bucketlist for the four years i've been using it at work, it works very well. For coworkers too shy to voice their thanks to coworkers, this system gives them the ability to "speak" and give thanks when they otherwise may not do so. I think it is a great program and we should all use it more often. Pros It is so easy to use. It is also a great way to give a shout out to your employees or coworkers. Really helps build workplace moral. Cons As a manager I have received this feedback from a few employees. With the gift cards a lot of times you have to get 2 different cards to use your 50pts, due to the fact that there is not a 50pt card. Working from home we do not get a chance to really interact with our co-workers and this gives us an opportunity to show others how valuable they are Cons I do not know if the rewards rollover into the next year, if they do not rollover, I do not think it is fair for the employee to lose them. It was easy to navigate and with the option of giving and getting points from co-workers, it helps increase moral in staff. There are plenty of options to redeem points. Cons Remembering my password.
