I like the ease of use and the ability to recognize coworkers. Pros I really like that Bucketlist has a variety of rewards to choose from and I really enjoy the gift card option. It is also easy to recognize coworkers for their achievements. Cons There isn't really anything I dislike about Bucketlist. If I had one complaint, it would be that some of the gift card increments are weird and in order to redeem your points you have to get 2 gift cards at times...but it is not really a big deal Review Source JG Jennifer G. I love that the employees feel special. Pros This is a great way to acknowledge team members hard work and to show that is does not go unrecognized. It immediately notifies the employee. There are many great options when it is time to redeem. Redemption is safe and secure. Great value. It is very easy to use and navigate making learning simple. I have worked here a long time and have cashed out for cruises, diapers, amazon, and even coffee! Pros I love being able to exchange them for gift cards that can actually be used, with multiple options to choose from Cons I don't like only having only 8 to give away a month. It’s easy to use and when you redeem it’s fast there is no long waiting period. Pros I like that you have so many options to choose from when you go to redeem and it’s not just gift cards. I like that you can give points to other employees to show them you appreciate their hard work. The amount of points for gift cards is reasonable. Learning to use the app was very simple it’s not hard at all. Cons Nothing comes to mind, Bucketlist is a great app. Well one thing when you go to redeem the first thing that shows is a list of products you can buy off Amazon. There’s not really any security except you have to log in which is fine. I didn’t really see anything that helps customize the app but I don’t really see a point in that anyway. I receive my gift cards extremely quickly and can use them the same day I request them! Pros What I really like about Bucketlist is the huge assortment of prizes and gift cards available that you can choose from. Cons I don't like that our particular Bucketlist doesn't recognize yearly workaversaries, only every 5 years. I've used other platforms for personal use and many times I never receive the email with the gift card, and I need to keep contacting the company. I have not had this experience with Bucketlist which gives me piece of mind. Pros This is a convenient way to redeem rewards through employer sponsored programs. There is a nice selection of gift cards in various amounts. The process is very simple, and the redemptions are processed with minutes. No waiting if you want to use the gift card right away! Cons I have not had any problems but when redeeming. However, I will note that when redeeming points for Amazon gift cards some expect the gift card to arrive in an email it doesn't. Pros Bucket list is easy to use and it's quite a good feeling knowing that your appreciated and your efforts are rewarded. That keeps moral up. Cons There are no cons to bucket list. Once you figure it out the first time it is so easy. Pros I like the prompt response that I have gotten each time I get anything. I get mostly cards and each time they were there within a few minutes even though it said it would take longer. Also he last ones helped me buy a couple of Christmas gifts, very handy. I appreciate this little extra bonus with the points. Cons There was nothing that I dislike at all. I just wish I had more points lol. If you are celebrating someone it takes just a few moments. The ability to add pictures and gif are a bonus to represent how you feel. Even the redemption process is quick and easy depending on what you choose. Clear communication in the process and when you should receive your redemption choice. Cons It would be nice to be able to leave an emoji or photo when replying back to the acknowledgement you received. There are so many options offered for redemption. Once I choose the card I want to redeem, it is sent to my email immediately and I have never had any issues with use of the redemption card. Cons I wish I could put in a custom amount on the gift cards. Since most online stores do not allow 2 different payments methods ,so I find myself not using the full amount on my gift card. Cons There are sometimes delays in the renewal of monthly points. This can cause a delay in being able to give and recieve points, but the delays are addressed fairly quickly.
