Overall, I think Bucketlist Rewards has been a positive addition and a smart choice for employee recognition at the NFL.

Pros

I was really happy to see the NFL follow through with the Bucketlist Rewards program after employees had shared ideas in surveys about wanting more recognition opportunities. It was a great decision by the company. The program gives employees a meaningful way to recognize their coworkers. That is especially valuable because, if you are not a manager, you do not always have many formal ways to show appreciation for a colleague’s hard work. I also really like how personalized the recognition posts can be. Being able to add a message, a fun GIF, or an image makes it feel more genuine and engaging rather than generic. The redemption process has also been easy and simple, especially when redeeming gift cards. That part has felt smooth and user-friendly.

Cons

One thing I would love to see is more reward points available to give out each month, since it would allow for even more recognition across teams. I also am not a huge fan of only being able to redeem in blocks of five, though I understand there is probably a reason for that structure.

My overall experience with Bucketlist has been excellent. I love that you’re recognized with points not only for your hard work but also for special occasions like birthdays and work anniversaries. It’s a great way to celebrate and feel appreciated. One of the standout features is the ability to recognize other departments and coworkers, helping to build a stronger, more connected team culture. The platform truly encourages people to go above and beyond by offering meaningful incentives. I especially enjoy being able to redeem points at popular stores or even on a Visa gift card, which offers a lot of flexibility. Plus, the gift cards are delivered quickly and work seamlessly both online and in-store. Bucketlist has definitely made recognition more rewarding and engaging in the workplace.

Pros

What I liked most about Bucketlist is the ability to redeem gift cards and earn points for hard work, allowing you to put those rewards to good use. I also appreciate the option to share points with coworkers as a way to recognize and thank them for a job well done. Plus, there’s a great variety of excursions and other exciting prizes to choose from when redeeming points.

Cons

What I liked least about Bucketlist is that it takes a long time to accumulate enough points, and some of the prizes can be quite expensive. Could use more than 100 points to give to co workers each month.

Bucket list is good to have so you can get your points and also earn points to get onto your bucket list for awards and birthdays and stuff like that. It is good to have. It shows that the company appreciates all the work that all their all the associates do.

Pros

That you can get points and use them to buy gift cards or whatever you need to get with your points from bucket list

Cons

Sometimes you don’t get your bucket list like when you’re supposed to like when my second anniversary I didn’t never got my bucket list points for that

It has worked well and with ease. I have used my points to pay for several Disney vacations!! It is fun to surprise coworkers and to choose a .gif for them. I wish the leaderboard showed people who actually work at MY facility, not the whole corporation. I also wish it showed who has received the most points, in addition to who has given the most.

Pros

It is nice to be recognized by coworkers for doing extra or even just for showing up. It builds teamwork.

Cons

I don't like that we cannot change our name in the app and have it STAY CHANGED!!!!! This is extremely frustrating as many of us do not use our legal first names and people have a hard time finding our names to send us surprise points.

Overall, it's been a great experience that our agency utilizes this system to celebrate and acknowledge everyone's accomplishments, recognize our teamwork, celebrate special events. It has been a great experience so far.

Pros

I like that I can acknowledge my peers' and their accomplishments. It is also nice that others can send special messages to me while contributing points to help accumulate so that we can all later treat ourselves to any of the several options available, whether it is a gift card or a small trip to certain locations on the lists.

Cons

I think the only thing I would like to point out is the limit of 15 points per month. There are moments that can be challenging in having to decide how to split the points within a group, if it is a large group, and everyone being acknowledge participated in a great event that they all well deserve a big acknowledgment but 1 point each is just not enough. Sometimes not enough to include everyone.

Pros

I found Bucketlist to be very efficient and have no problems except I was supposed to receive a 50.00 gift card for Panera and ONLY received a 25.00 gift card. If i cannot get that 25.00 card I would appreciate being able to pick another gift for equal value. Otherwise, I have no complaints and appreciate the gift cards! Thank u very much. Happy New Year!!!

Pros

I like the instant recognition given to our fellow coworkers. I do like that you have a lot of spending options. The points could be increased a little. Overall it is a good program.

Cons

It would be a little better if you could get more points every 2 weeks. If my real Bucketlist would come true. To have some land off of Indian Springs Road in Pelham Alabama, and a new home built and paid for. A nursing pension, with my 401K matched with shares. All my bills paid and especially money for my daughter when she goes off to college ,because college is expensive. So I could spend more time with my family and do the things that matter the most in life. This my story and I am sticking to it.

I wish more companies would look into using the Bucketlist program. Gives joy to employees when they do something good earning points to get awesome gift cards and other gifts.

Pros

You can give any coworkers within the company points for amazing work they do. Everyone can see why they received the point and add more to them.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a while to earn up some points to get a good amount gift card. We only get 8 points a month to hand out to others which you can run out fast.

Great! It has been an easy stress free experience. Things are easy to navigate and find, prizes are great and arrive fast.

Pros

Very user friendly- it is so easy to navigate through the website weather you are posting something or redeeming something. The value of the experiences and gift cards are great! You can keep it as simple as a $10 gift card or go up to $100. There are a few recognitions that can be given to your co workers which is nice because that means you have multiple options.

Cons

I really have no issues with this website. I guess it would be cool to be able to post a photo with my recognition (not sure if that is something I can do now)

I enjoy bucketlist a lot. I love being able to recognize coworkers and to be rewarded when we reach anniversaries and birthdays. I like to see my points build throughout the month. It brings me joy to see my coworkers see my efforts and go out of their way to recognize me. It helps keep me motivated as well!

Pros

I like praising my coworkers, It's nice to receive pats on the back for small everyday tasks because it reminds us our job matters. It also builds team trust and rapport to know we have people who notice our efforts when we exceed minimum. I think its a great way to bond with coworkers in a professional setting, and we get to review and see others points! It is also very easy to use and find employees in the hospital. It is safe and does not invade patient confidentiality. It is a smart way to be connected in the workplace. I look forward to using my points each month and also hopefully receiving points!

Cons

I dislike that we are unable. I also wish people weren't deactivated once they are no longer employed by CHS. I like seeing past coworkers who have left and recognized one another. I also dislike the pricing for some redeem gift cards.

My overall experience with Bucketlist has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, clear, and well organized. It’s very easy to redeem rewards and to recognize someone internally, which makes it great for team engagement. The redemption process is also pretty fast, which is a big plus. Even though there are a few small improvements that could be made, overall it has been a smooth and helpful experience.

Pros

Bucketlist is very easy to use and simple to navigate. The layout is clean, and everything is straightforward, which makes it quick to get started. I liked how user-friendly it is, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy.

Cons

I haven’t found any major issues so far. However, from my point of view, some of the rewards feel a bit expensive. It would also help to have more reward options, especially local ones. Since we’re in Romania, some international rewards (like Amazon) aren’t always very practical for us.

It is Wonderful program; I have used it quite a bit to say thank you and just to let someone know that they have been noticed for working hard and here is a little something to say keep it up.

Pros

The recognition telling everyone that you appreciate them and their work habits. It allows each individual to be noticed. Everyone likes to be noticed for the good they do and that they do make a difference. I also like the Bucket list because it gives us a boost in team spirit and it allow coworkers to say thankyou.

Cons

I just believe that HR; higher up besides just mangers should recognize you for other contributing factor besides your birthday or our yearly anniversary. And if they do recognize you they need to have a min of words to express why they are thankful not the same template for everyone

Pros

This is the best way to recognize someone in our team and also someone from other teams as well. Through this bucketlist I’ve got a lot of recognition from all over company. Actually I’m getting to know that I’m existing in the company.

Cons

We can take physical money but only issue is the tax will cut whatever you withdraw from this app. Nothing more than this in cons. Over all everything is good.

not enough point sot share. I would like to be able to give to folks in my department and outside my department when warranted. I would also like to know if vendors or contractors can be rewarded in the future (if possible.)

I really enjoy and love it. Very stronly recommend for any future jobs I withhold. I recently worked at chick fil a and my location did not have it. I do know that bucketlist partners with some independant own and operated franchisse locations.

Able to give thanks and show appreciation to our team on so many different level.s The team has also come to love it.

Cons

That there isnt a special recognition button like Employee of the month. We are starting a new incentative and we are using bucketlist to award them a 20-25 dollar gift card. Wish it was somthing built into the software to congraulate an award them better.

My experience with the bucket list has been positive because I have gained points from many areas not just my supervisor which has allowed me to recognize more strengths than I would realize. I was able to get to know other staff also and share moments with them such as reaching our year together and being able to congratulate others.

Pros

The bucket list is inspiring and motivating to continue to work on building my skills to be better and also it felt good to be recognized for things that I've done well. I learned also a lot about myself and my strengths through getting some of these points.

Cons

I cannot say there is any negative with the bucket list I think it is a great incentive to use to continue to motivate us to work harder for the things we already enjoy doing in the field helping clients and striving for more.

How a paypal gift card for 25 dollars is 26 points. more food options because can't always find time to go to a sit-down place.
