Pros Our company uses this tool extensively for thank you's and recognition. It's easy to give and receive points. The variety of options for redeeming points is excellent. Our employee engagement with the tool is high. Cons The tool is difficult for employees with limited or no access to email. The notification process about the points is a challenge. I wish the leaderboard showed people who actually work at MY facility, not the whole corporation. I also wish it showed who has received the most points, in addition to who has given the most. Pros It is nice to be recognized by coworkers for doing extra or even just for showing up. It builds teamwork. Cons I don't like that we cannot change our name in the app and have it STAY CHANGED!!!!! I especially appreciate the variety of redemption options, there are plenty of great choices, and the ability to receive rewards like gift cards quickly is a major plus. Cons At this time, I don't have any significant concerns or dislikes about the program itself. I was having a really rough day and when I received the email that I had earned points for doing what I love doing really helped me get through the rest of the day. It lifted my spirits enough that the problems I had been having just melted away. Pros The quickness in the way it was done. The employees work so hard all the time and get very little recognition. Seeing bucketlist points can really make your day knowing that someone out there noticed how hard you worked, how kind you were with the patient and their families. The patients are our number one goal. They come in hurting and need compassion and help in healing. That little extra you do can make their stay that much more comfortable. Everyone deserves a little compassion to help get through the day. Cons I really have not had a bad experience with the bucketlists. Pros Bucketlist is very easy to use and simple to navigate. The layout is clean, and everything is straightforward, which makes it quick to get started. I liked how user-friendly it is, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. Cons I haven’t found any major issues so far. However, from my point of view, some of the rewards feel a bit expensive. It would also help to have more reward options, especially local ones. Since we’re in Romania, some international rewards (like Amazon) aren’t always very practical for us. It’s easy to use and when you redeem it’s fast there is no long waiting period. Pros I like that you have so many options to choose from when you go to redeem and it’s not just gift cards. I like that you can give points to other employees to show them you appreciate their hard work. The amount of points for gift cards is reasonable. Learning to use the app was very simple it’s not hard at all. Cons Nothing comes to mind, Bucketlist is a great app. Well one thing when you go to redeem the first thing that shows is a list of products you can buy off Amazon. There’s not really any security except you have to log in which is fine. I didn’t really see anything that helps customize the app but I don’t really see a point in that anyway. I've used other platforms for personal use and many times I never receive the email with the gift card, and I need to keep contacting the company. I have not had this experience with Bucketlist which gives me piece of mind. Pros This is a convenient way to redeem rewards through employer sponsored programs. There is a nice selection of gift cards in various amounts. The process is very simple, and the redemptions are processed with minutes. No waiting if you want to use the gift card right away! Cons I have not had any problems but when redeeming. However, I will note that when redeeming points for Amazon gift cards some expect the gift card to arrive in an email it doesn't. You receive a code, so it is a 2-step process to access your gift card.
