July 31, 2025 5.0 I think this tool is an excellent way to encourage a culture of appreciation, making it easy to encourage and recognize positive behaviors. Pros Our company uses this tool extensively for thank you's and recognition. It's easy to give and receive points. The variety of options for redeeming points is excellent. Our employee engagement with the tool is high. Cons The tool is difficult for employees with limited or no access to email. The notification process about the points is a challenge. February 18, 2026 5.0 Pros It's a great way to show your colleagues some recognition; either for the everyday helpfulness or when they go above and beyond. The user interface is easy to use, and there are so many gift cards you can choose from. I like that it doesn't cost a cent to us employees. Cons I just wish we had more points to spend but I suppose it's dependent on your company. My main issue is when you have a non-rounded number of points there is nothing to do with the extra points; for example if you have 1542 points there is nothing you can spend the 2 extra points on. It would be nice if there were either options to spend any number of points, or if there was some mechanism in giving or receiving points that causes your point count to always be a rounded number. There is such an enormous variety of things to buy, the selection is wonderful, anything you can think of is offered! Pros Bucketlist provides an awesome recognition system from employers to employees. It's a way of making employees feel appreciated for all their quality hard work. I love that you don't have to wait for a card in the mail. You can easily access and print it all online. Process is very simple and user friendly. Pros I love that I can receive bucketlist points from my co-workers as acknowledgement for a job well done or for being a team player etc. I think it's SO cool you can redeem those points for a tangible reward. Creates a team environment and initiative to continue to do better. Cons I don't know that there's really anything I don't like about bucketlist. Everything is simple and very easy to maneuver. Being able to give points is empowering. When I receive points I feel like my hard work has been recognized. Bucketlist has improved morale and has added some fun to our work days. Pros Bucketlist improved morale in my department. My coworkers and I appreciated when we received points. I like giving points away too. It's wonderful to be able to pick out your own rewards with the points. Cons I wish I had more Bucketlist points to give away. I also do wish the points we are able to give out did not expire. One month in December we were all super busy and most of my coworkers did not give all their points away. I was having a really rough day and when I received the email that I had earned points for doing what I love doing really helped me get through the rest of the day. It lifted my spirits enough that the problems I had been having just melted away. Pros The quickness in the way it was done. The employees work so hard all the time and get very little recognition. Seeing bucketlist points can really make your day knowing that someone out there noticed how hard you worked, how kind you were with the patient and their families. The patients are our number one goal. They come in hurting and need compassion and help in healing. That little extra you do can make their stay that much more comfortable. Everyone deserves a little compassion to help get through the day. Cons I really have not had a bad experience with the bucketlists. At first I was just an ordinary employee, now I am a manager who gives bonus points to his subordinates and everything satisfies me. Pros I like that this is an organized opportunity to thank employees for their help. That everything works very quickly and without any unnecessary problems! I would definitely recommend using them again. The process was easy to understand so a person who is not that tech savvy wouldn't have any issues in my opinion. Pros It offered a variety of different vendors you could choose to redeem your gift card balance with. I chose to use mine with Hibbett Sports. This is a popular shoe company in the south. It was fast and easy to redeem when transferred to the site to checkout. Cons I didn't like that I wasn't aware of this site sooner. Before coming to this company, I had never heard of this site before, nor did I know what they offered. It could be marketed more, and it would probably be a lot more popular among employers. Pros It is fun to be able to pick out exactly what I want as my reward. And it is an exciting experience to be rewarded for our work ethic. I feel like the value of the items are reasonable. And the ease of the process is great. I am huge on security of my information and I feel safe using the BucketList. I was pleasantly surprise that I received the items as quickly as it stated, that was exciting as well. Also, I truly appreciate having surveys to see what works best for us. Cons I feel like the amount of points used in place of the Tax is a bit too much. I wish there was a few more options for children's toys, clothes and hunting cameras. The ease with sending stars to my other coworkers along with the ease of finding employees to gift. I love how getting gift cards are so easy as well as there being sooo many to choose from. Bucket list did an amazing job with all of the designs for my company's gear. Also, another thing that I like is the comfort with me leaving my stars there because I know that they are secure and will still be there. The bucket list makes the platform extremely easy giving out recognitions. I feel comfortable learning and using the platform. Also, for the amount of stars, the value of every gifting option is awesome. Thank you very much bucket list for making my experience easy, rewarding and diverse. I also check on trainings available and news in it, so I find it really helpful. Pros I like that Bucketlist is very easy to use, the platform has everything at hand, which makes it user friendly. This program allows employees to reward each other for work that they feel needs rewarded. Pros I like how employees, can give another employee points for things that they feel is helping. And then these points we can use to get something free. I also like the variety of free things that we have to choose from. There is experiences, gift cards, and even things at the hospital. I love the paid day off, but as apart time employee that is not available to me. This is an amazing program that helps us to reward good work. Cons It took me a little bit on how to use the program.
