Mi sono trovato bene con Sumup, non lo usiamo tantissimo ma solamente per alcune carte di credito che il tradizionale pos non supporta

Pros

Il vantaggio di utilizzare Sumup è che puoi accettare qualsiasi carta per ricevere pagamenti in modo sicuro

Cons

Forse l’unico svantaggio per quanto mi riguarda sono le commissioni. Se si usa Sumup per fare molte transazioni conviene fare un contratto per abbassarle

Furchtbar! Das hat mich so viel Zeit und Nerven und meine gute Laune gekostet!!! Ich kann euch nur raten lasst die Finger davon und zahlt lieber etwas mehr

Ich bin sowas von sauer und enttäuscht von dieser Firma, auch die Mitarbeiter sind eine Vollkatastrophe

Cons

Bei mir muss es schnell gehen, ich habe einen Imbisswagen auf einer Großbaustelle, die Kunden haben eine kurze Pause, die Transktionen über das EC Gerät haben zu lange gedauert, da viele Schritte auf dem Laptop gemacht werden mussten. Aber das schlimmste war, dass Sumup mir von einer Minute auf die nächste einfach mein Konto gesperrt hat. Nach langem warten in der Warteschleife (sehr kontraproduktiv wenn man es eilig hat, die Wartezeiten sind endlos!) wurde mir gesagt dass Sum Up mir eine Rechnung geschickt hat, da sie vergessen haben eine Rechnung einzuziehen. Ich habe jeden Tag Emails von Sumup erhalten da sie irrelevant für mich waren da es nur der Finanzbericht war habe ich die Rechnung übersehen. Es wurde EINE! Rechnung geschickt und das wars dann wurde mein Konto gesperrt und obwohl ich die Rechnung per Sofortüberweisung getätigt hatte hatte ich erst einen Monat später erst wieder Zugang zu meinem Konto! Dies ist Geschäftsschädigend und nicht akzeptabel. Lasst bloß die Finger von dem Chaos-Kartensystem!

Der Kundenservice ist das allerletzte. Keiner kann helfen, es heißt immer nur das wird an die nächste Abteilung weitergeleitet, die melden sich dann... und oh wunder es meldet sich natürlich niemand. wir warten schon seid 4 Wochen auf unsere Artikelliste und ich werde immer nur weiter und weiter geleitet

wie jedes andere Kassensystem im Allgemeinen. Schlicht. Der Verkauf geht schnell der Rest leider nicht.

Cons

Jede Funktion muss extra freigeschaltet werden. Es gibt dazu kein Onboarding oder Unterstützung wie es zu Beginn versprochen wird. Dadurch war ich bestimmt schon 10 Stunden in Warteschleifen gefangen um an die relevanten Informationen zu kommen

It’s still a fantastic system to use and really straight forward! I have started using the app too to help customers pay which has been great

Pros

I like that it’s so easy to carry around and the charge lasts for ages! It’s a really useful tool to have as a small business and I also really like that there is not a monthly subscription.

Cons

It’s high in processing fees unfortunately I think that’s the same for all pos systems which is just something I have to deal with.

Gute Produkte, viel Auswahl. Sumup hat auch einiges am heutigen Design gemacht. es ist anschaulich und stellt im Shop auch was dar.

Sumup a décidé de ne plus travailler avec ma société. et cela ne me cause pas de soucis chacun et libre. Sumup ma bloqué mon solde disponible pendant deux mois. je peux comprendre. MAIS ou je suis pas d'accord: je n'est aucun accès a mon compte et il refuse de me donner les mouvements de mon compte (donc impossible de faire ma compta) et de PLUS au bout de deux mois d'attente et une ENORME difficulté a les joindre ils ont décidé de bloquer mon argent encore 5 mois (donc 7 mois en tous). la je suis vraiment pas d'accord et je fait pris un avocat pour une action en justice et demande de dommage et intérêts. ils ont ont rien a faire de nos messages ils prenne juste l'argent. DONC PRUDENCE AVEC SUMUP.

Ce n’est pas sérieux pour une plate-forme qui gère nos paiements on ne peut pas parler ou avoir un échange mail avec un agent c’est lamentable. C’est encore mieux de prendre un terminal à la banque et payer le prix au moins on sait à qui on a à faire. Sumup personne ne connaît ses bureaux, aucun numéro de téléphone fiable qui marche, aucun e-mail mais ils gèrent notre argent, ont des informations et connaissent des transactions financières sur tous les professionnels. Je dis stop avant qu’il ne soit tard. Pour moi c’est trop.

Pros

Le coût est abordable contrairement au système des banques. Mais ça ne fait pas tout, personnellement j’aime savoir à qui j’ai à faire et parler à un être humain et non à un robot tsuiiiip

Cons

Service client nulle médiocre inexistant, j’ai passé la journée à essayer de les joindre, ils ont une liste de questions prêtes qui vous sont en permanence par un robot que ce soit verbal ou en assistance technique, impossible d’avoir une réponse à son problème. Franchement c’est pas professionnel

Pros

It was really easy to get started with Sumup, the first card reader I bought was the Sumup air, the battery lasts ages , as a first time card payment user it was asimple process

Cons

The Air had a really long battery life, by that i mean it would last at least a whole day. I now have the Solo, it's nice but the battery just lasts an hour or two so I wouldn't really take it with me for taking payments away from my workshop, I take the Air for that

For the few first weeks I didn't have any issues. Then the system consistently would not work, causing lots of issues with my business including loss of income.

Pros

The physical POS till system appears smart, unfortunately this is only surface level. The logo is simple and inoffensive.

Cons

The system frequently drops and sales lost due to downtime. Customer service is awful. No way out of 12 month subscription, even when Sumup isn't upholding their side of the contract
