My overall experience with Easyship has been excellent. It’s a secure, reliable, and feature-rich solution for managing shipping and delivery for my business. It saves me time, reduces errors, and helps me provide a better service to my customers. The combination of strong security features, great value for money, and outstanding customer support makes it one of the best tools I’ve used for shipping management.

Pros

Easyship offers excellent customer support, competitive shipping rates, and a very easy-to-use platform. I appreciate how secure the system feels, with clear tracking updates and reliable delivery management. The ability to print labels for both domestic and international shipments in one place saves a lot of time. For small businesses like mine, the integration with e-commerce platforms makes managing orders and shipments much more efficient.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike. Sometimes tracking updates can take a little time to appear, but the customer support team is quick to confirm shipment status whenever I ask.

It is good, I noticed that Easyship tried to improve the overall appearance of the client's dashboard, the features, and the shipping options offered at checkout.

Pros

In most cases, it offers good price options compared to Shopify, Walmart, and occasionally Amazon. Label printing is easy, as is the payment for the labels. Customer support is relatively prompt; unfortunately, the time zone difference sometimes presents an issue. In my case, thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] , who handled one of the (many) cases when the carrier (FedEx) charged additional amounts for imaginary/untrue product weight and dimensions.

Cons

It has little negotiation power with carriers like FedEx, which, in several cases, "invented" product weights and dimensions and charged significant amounts retroactively. Unlike Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay, which have never faced the negative issues artificially created by FedEx, it seems that Easyship can't do much to prove the client is right.

Overall, my experience with Easyship has been very positive, largely due to the quality of support. \[sensitive content hidden\] played a huge role in making what could have been a stressful fulfillment setup feel smooth and well-managed. She was proactive, dependable, and genuinely invested in making sure things went right. Having that level of personal support made a significant difference and gave me confidence throughout the process.

Pros

The standout for me was the level of hands-on support from \[sensitive content hidden\] . She was incredibly present, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire fulfillment setup process. From onboarding to execution, she consistently took the time to explain options, flag potential issues early, and make sure everything was set up correctly. It felt less like using a platform and more like having a true partner guiding the process.

Cons

The platform itself has a lot of depth, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first. With that said, this was largely offset by the excellent support - \[sensitive content hidden\] made the learning curve manageable and was always available to clarify or step in when needed.

This was supposed to save us time and money, yet it did neither. Overall the experience was horrible. Their software created problems where none existed. It wouldnt import shipping details from eBay or Etsy, so we had to limit shipping on those sites to only 1 singular service, then create a shipping rule to force that service to apply always. For our site, it would randomly change the customer selected shipping service because their software thought there was a better alternative. What? In the end it took 20 different shipping rules to properly display the selected services. Did that fix it? No. The rates displayed for USPS were incorrect, sometimes cheaper than it should be and sometimes more than it should be. I dont know how any company could use their service. It is simply unreliable, gave incorrect rates and often created more issues than it solved. You would be better served to light you money on fire than to spend it with these crooks. Go with ShipStation instead. Everything works and its simple to set up. You also dont have to filter out every carrier known to man like EasyShip requires. Its the difference between a software setup with the end user in mind versus a software set up with trying to show your tech friends you can add a cool feature, even if it doesnt work, its pretty.

Pros

The interface was easy to navigate and provided a bunch of data. The problem is the data was often wrong. Shipments that had been delivered still showed in transit. It was endemic of the larger problem plaguing this company, that nothing worked with any consistency, making it impossible to trust the data you were seeing.

Cons

Everything else. Nothing worked correctly. We had to add so many shipping rules just to squeeze out some functionality with the platform. Whenever an issue would arise, we would reach out to support for a solution. Most times we never got a solution, only a band aid to make it function, which often would break something somewhere else.

The features they claimed their software could do led us to them. In addition the fees were minimal. Within a year the important features were moved to the higher tier plans, and nothing worked with any regularity. We left with 5 open job tickets for issues that will probably never be resolved.

Overall my experience has been great. I love that they have set up a customer services specialist to help me out with my random questions and support me.

Pros

Easy to use, I like the verity of carriers they use. Good automation connecting to my small business website as well.

Cons

Doesn't automatically have you print out commercial invoices or give instructions on international shipments. Also, I wish they allowed services other than credit cards like Paypal or other payment forms.

Cons

Tracking status is no longer on the dashboard, we now have to click several links to verify delivery status. For my first international shipment I was not aware of, or alerted to, the need for customs documentation. It would be helpful to have a pop up or something alert or remind people of the need for such documents.

My overall experience with Easyship was very positive, largely due to their outstanding technical support. The support team was both patient and knowledgeable, consistently ensuring that any issues I encountered were fully resolved.

Pros

I especially appreciated Easyship’s strong integration capabilities, with comprehensive APIs available even to Free membership users—an essential feature for developers. Additionally, their system design is intuitive and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and implement solutions efficiently.

Cons

However, one aspect I liked least about Easyship was the lack of a fully functioning Sandbox environment. Although it appears that the feature has been considered, it is not yet operational. I would appreciate having a Sandbox integration similar to Stripe, where you can easily switch between Live and Sandbox modes with a simple toggle.

Paid for shipping with pre-paid duties in Nov 2024 shipped and package is held by customs for non-payment of duties no help provided, 3 months later no package customs lists as "abandoned" and I will not get it returned. I've lost the package and shipping and duties insurance was a scam and doesn't cover customs issues... no help from easyShip and Sadhwik from EasyShip simply says If I need more help I need to upgrade my subscription to get more help... no I paid you for a label and pre-paid duties you should resolve those issues I'm out over $1000 with nothing to show but wasted hours on the phone.

Pros

I looked like a easy playform for labels and order tracking.

Cons

Lacking support, and status updates on what support I did get are in conflict with updates from FedEx and Customs.

Easy to buy shipping label and competitive prices. Easy to connect different platforms on one account. They also helped me and followed up when I had problems with USPS

Cons

No many options for Europe. It would be interesting to add a cheap option for long distance shipping to Europe or Australia even if longer shipping time

What we liked least was the delay in processing refunds and credits, as well as the payment process for invoices. Since these were handled via wire transfer, it slowed things down quite a bit. It would be a big improvement if payments could be more automated, with the option to pay directly by credit card or PayPal through the portal or via a secure link. Additionally, if shipping costs could be lowered, it would make the platform even more competitive.

I didn't have any bad experience except that i didn't know or forgot I had to print and send the commercial invoice along with the parcel when sending from France to the UK with Chronopost. The parcel was returned to me. as with UPS it wasn't

Pros

While Easyship isn’t always the cheapest for the method of shipping I use most often, I do want to commend them on their customer support. UPS over charged me by a significant amount due to a measuring error on their end, and the Easyship rep \[sensitive content hidden\] got to work right away with UPS and was able to get the charge refunded. I appreciate the great customer service.

Cons

For some reason UPS Ground has not been showing up as an option when I check shipping rates. It disappeared randomly.

Exhausting. As soon as I find better I will make the change. Everything is a hastle, emails after emails, even if you follow the steps on their app you still end up having to battle with customs and customer support is slow and cheap. They do not value long time customers and the multiple K spent.

Pros

Easy to use and the app is well rounded.

Cons

Customer support and the many many issues with the couriers. As a business owners, every single day I have to battle with customs, customer support and other deliveries issues. It takes time away from growing my business. I have been using the app for 3 years and the customer support has seriously declined. You can spend 10K on their app and they will still be cheap about 30€.

Fantastic for anything domestic, international has had difficulties but worked through it.

Pros

Fast response and kind, always find a way to solve the problem.

Cons

Lack of knowledge on international orders and fighting the Easy ship system when needing to modify an order. Zip codes seem to be an issues

Easyship really tries to help. I have a good feeling about it. I would love to dive deeper in the feature list of Easyship later on. My priority however is first to find out the solution for paying customs in Kenya.

Pros

I was called by international call with the request to leave a review. I like the name. I think it is a platform for various couriers and that feels like a useful tool. Great for having administration overview of shipments.

Cons

It is still hard to figure out how to pay custom fees for Kenya in advance or how I can pay them afterwards and how I can make sure that it doesn't cause significant delay of the delivery of the package.
