purchased a device, Created account and found that transactions are costly and on top of that they deactivated the account without even giving the reason. My money for the hardware was also wasted.

Pros

Nothing that I can find. No positive things.

Cons

Extremely expensive, Account can be suspended without even giving the reason.

Overall, pros are more than cons, customers are surprised about the fast process but tapping part should be easier to locate.

Pros

Efficient and very easy and fast to make payments. Everything is detailed so it is easy to understand what we see.

Cons

Everyone is trying to tap their card on the upper part of the machine since there is a sign so that they cannot think to tap on the screen. It is kind of exhausting explaining this over and over to the customers.

Pros

Remote locations without typical amnesties, was able to complete transaction and provided customer with viable options payment.

Cons

Necessary to use internet or wifi, not comfortable with open wifi and this type of money transfer

I wish the app could automatically detect location to remind you when you may need to update your sales tax settings.

Easy to get started with low cost. You can pay as you go and the hardware is affordable. Good for start-ups with low volume sales.

The transaction fee is more expensive than other payment processors. They also don't support a specific industry.

Square payments is user friendly, Square payments is an affordable software. Square payments setup process is user friendly and pricing is reasonable and no monthly fees.

Cons

The cons about Square payments is the transaction fee. Another con would be getting in contact with customer service.

Square is one of my favorite payment methods when running my business. It is super easy and flexible and I can quit at anytime. No contracts needed!

Pros

Square is a very easy to setup and it is very flexible compared to other options. I am one of the many hundreds of thousands of people who use this and I am very happy with my experience.

Cons

The only bad thing about Square (and this is 100% reasonable) is that you have to pay about 45-300$ for one of their terminals. They are very expensive.

Very user friendly, and it offers various opportunities to accept payments and even loans that can be repaid right through income from my business

Cons

I wish the app could be more expansive. A lot of features are only available on desktop/laptop version.

I signed up and received the card reader in the mail almost immediately for free! It was initially simple to use!

Cons

I cannot say that I have anything negative to say about this product. It was easy to use, free and arrived within a few days!

I like how easy it is to use and how portable your business can be with it

Pros

How easy it processes payments via wifi. While I am out fundraising for my grandson's football team I can take payment at the different stadiums we play at.

Cons

When the signal is bad it interferes with taking payment and some customers only use a card and so we loose out on sales.
