The ease of use and secure payments are wonderful. I often get compliments from customers on how convenient it is for them. Pros The different payment methods are very handy. It is also very easy to set up on your mobile device so payments can be taken directly from your mobile with no equipment needed. The ability to customize items, taxes and tips in the app are very simple to set up. Payments are secure and quick. Cons The only con which is minor in my opinion is the 1-3 day wait to transfer funds. They do have ways around this with a small fee or by using the square card which makes funds spendable immediately. Pros What I like most about Square Payments is the point of sale ability this software has given to particularly small businesses and even hobbyists. I do a fair of online shopping, often times from small vendors and private individuals. Square allows these sellers to easily accept electronic forms of payments from buyers who they otherwise may not have been able to or would have historically may have only accepts cash or check for payment. Cons As a consumer who has only used Square Payments for processing payments as a buyer, there is nothing that I can think of that I would consider a con of Square Payments.
