"Great tool for small businesses "

**Overall:** Overall it is a great tool for payments as well as scheduling appointments. Square is a leader in this area.

**Pros:** There is a little but of a learning curve but I did like how easy it is to click and be directed to the appointment info.

**Cons:** I wish it didn’t abbreviate within text message reminders as that can be confusing for some users or customers.

"Good app to use"

**Overall:** My overall experience with square started off being great. I love the reminder and notification of clients, the calendar was easy to use, and the security was awesome to keep away spam.

**Pros:** the scheduling and appointment management is what I liked about using square. How easy it is to send invoices to customers for payments.

**Cons:** I least liked the bugs and issues with square and how the prices went up. It became a problem with using the app after the free trial.
