This solution is overall good and, importantly, easy to use. It has a lot of features that make you life easy for day to day support

The best part of the solution that I like is the remote solution support and accurate asset inventory

The screen resolution while taking the remote of another machine is not so good and sometimes need to connect multiple times

Thank you ManageEngine for continuing to release product updates that increase security and providing additional features with those updates.

Pros

ABBE Library Systems uses EndPoint Central daily for patch management, deploying OS and applications. It is easy to understand and use. ManageEngine staff has great customer support and service for EndPoint Central.

Cons

It would be nice if the browser security and threat scanning were included with the base product without being an add-on costing additional expense.

Great tool, great value for money, easy to use for all sorts of Device Management aspects, and the customer service is really fast and helpful!

Pros

It's quite easy to deploy, setup initially and get started and it's pretty much the whole package of endpoint management and security features. You can customize a lot of things natively which you cannot achieve with some other tools, and it's well suited for device management admins, desktop, server and mobile alike. I cannot undersell the customer support either, the Team was extremely helpful and quite fast responses for a random ticket to the support team. We will definitely be recommending the product to our customers where we see a good fit as it is one of the best value for money products.

Cons

The OS Deployment needs a bit of work, lacks some customization options. But this is just coming from an Admin who mostly worked with Microsoft products like Configuration Manager and Intune.

Pros

Deployment is the my most favoured feature, being able to deploy software and updates across hundreds of machines in one big group is key to ensuring endpoints are fully patched and up to date. All screens are easy to use and intuitive, making managing devices, endpoints and updates quick and easy. Being able to customize deployments and the self service portal helps the end users see clearly that there recongised IT team is completing updates on there machines.

Cons

No cons, i have with the product as i was not the purchaser, so am unable to comment on if the product is value for money. But it definitely meets our needs and more. I have also had no dealings with customer support but from colleagues have heard nothing but good things.

I have had largely a positive experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central. I have been able to configure a lot of handy controls like Bitlocker and blocking USB port access. It has also helped keep our machines patched and up to date. Migrating from the on-prem to cloud version was also relatively painless.

Pros

It is a very cost effective and relatively easy to use RMM tool. The customer support has been very helpful as well.

Cons

Unable to use OS Deployment without an on-prem server. Part of the reason why we moved to the cloud version was to not manage any servers.

The ManageEngine support team responded quickly and demonstrated a strong understanding of the product’s internals. Overall a great experience which has allowed us to implement some great features with minimal admin work - (wouldnt have even considered app control with Intune alone)

Pros

its realatively easy to use and its interface makes some features really easy to deploy and manage. also the deployment speed of configurations is great, with lots of useful reports. patching is also great and pretty much handles itself.

Cons

few minor points, recent API change has caused additional work, username would be greatly beneficial in app control requests
