ManageEngine Endpoint Central is easy to use and offers a wide range of features for endpoint management and security. It helps simplify device administration, improve control over the environment, and strengthen overall endpoint protection.

Pros

What I like most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the variety of features available in a single platform. I really like the remote access, USB blocking, application control, software deployment, and OS Deployment features, which make it much easier to prepare and standardize Windows machines. These features greatly help with device administration and improve the security of the environment.

Cons

What I liked least about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that sometimes some packages take a while to be updated, especially when we need newer versions of tools like Claude. Also, some features available in the on-premises version are still not available in the cloud version, which can slightly limit usage depending on the environment’s needs.

Great, I’m managing multiple endpoint management and security functions from a single console, which improves productivity and reduces the need to switch between different solution pages.

Pros

Simple to deploy, user-friendly, and rich in features for both UEM and EPP, offering strong value compared to other vendor solutions along with exceptional support.

Cons

The documentation should be more detailed. Most of the time, I can’t find explanations for certain behaviors, so I end up having to test repeatedly just to understand how things actually work.

Has been decent, separating support roles is something that does need approved on. There also need to be more updated "how to do" sections that are not using oder version of the products screen shots.

Pros

Remote access and Patching are very critical for our network. The more we work with deployment the more we are enjoying that feature.

Cons

Separation of security We have helpdesk staff that should only see certain computers. There is not a dynamic way to configure that at this point

All in all, it’s a very stable and user-friendly environment for managing all tasks related to end devices. The user interface is clearly laid out, and it’s a pleasure to work with.

Pros

Most i like is the 360degree view of patching and the web frontend is clearely structorized. The support is really fast and very competent.

Cons

Remote Control could be a bit more stable. I wish more MSP specific features like more fine grained Admin User rights.

How Capterra ensures transparency

Capterra lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. Capterra is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider's website.
