Pretty decent if you need a power dialer to get through calls quickly but not very well optimized for modern Sales outreach.

Pros

It allowed me to make calls quicker and that was beneficial to my work + it integrated with hubspot.

Cons

It was not really well optimized and it kinda made the crm really messy and that frustrated me the most.

is our first VOIP system and we have been pleasantly surprised with how easy the system has been to use and the added features having an internet based phone system works.

Pros

The system is easy to use and set up. The app allows us to make calls outside of the office but whilst still using the office phone number, which is useful as many customers know our number and also protects staff from giving away their own personal numbers if they have to make calls outside of the office. The customer service team have generally been responsive when required.

Cons

The app doesn't allow you to stay logged in, but stop receiving calls. So I have to log in and out each time to avoid receiving calls when not working.

Very good product syncs very well and has all the necessary information in the system. Its technology is very modern and easy to use I would highly recommend the product to any business or individual looking for a state-of-the-art telephony system.

Pros

The commercial offering was much better than the other com \[sensitive content hidden\] who are offering a similar package but also the technology is very good both of the mobile and desktop perspective and also the accuracy of information loaded up into a CRM is very very accurate.

Cons

The onboarding process was pretty painful right through to the length of time it took to initiate the contract, but also fix a few technical issues and get the product working as it should.

Whenever we had questions during the initial configuration or launch, we received quick and effective support. Another noteworthy point is the amount of resources available on their website: guides, documentation, and very clear help material for configuring and taking advantage of all the platform's features. This greatly facilitates adoption by the team and significantly reduces the learning curve. In our case, Ringover has become a reliable and easy-to-manage tool for the team, both operationally and administratively. Highly recommended for companies that need a flexible and well-documented cloud telephony solution.

The onboarding and setup process was very smooth. Their team was very helpful during the initial configuration and always responsive when we had questions. also provides a lot of documentation and learning resources on their website, which makes the learning curve quite manageable for new users. The platform is easy to manage from an admin perspective and works well for our team of 9 users. Overall, it’s a reliable cloud phone system with good support and clear resources to help you get started quickly.

So far our experience has been very positive. As with any platform, there is a small learning curve at the beginning while configuring users and settings, but the available documentation and support team make the process quite straightforward.

We had a great testing experience, however 2 months in the contract, the quality of the calls dropped drastically. Calls would drop, people would not be able to hear the caller..it just made our process very very complex

The ability to have clear visibility of users on calls, listen in, whisper to the user or take over the call. Having a dashboard that is clear and easy to use for all users when put on a big screen, the quick responses of the team.

We have fully integrated with our automated outbound sales campaigning as well as inbound service desks, the API is well documented and the team at Ringover is to 99% super responsive and helpful! Technical issues are being treated very transparent and are usually quickly resolved.

Pros

is one of the few providers that operate their own network, in comparison to many other providers that use third parties. This hands you a couple of advantages e.g. amount of available phone numbers.

Cons

Currently does not support user account for support functions free of charge. So if I have to give access to an accountant or technician inside my organisation I have to have a paid licence for them which I find very annoying.

Pros

Even if the starts was a bit difficult due to a problem with one of the phone number. Everything was fixed after a few days. Since then, no issue and very easy to use.

Cons

We loose sometimes the call when we are in 4G.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. The quality of the connections has been great. The service is inexpensive. There are no hidden costs and the plans cover a lot of countries. Landline and mobile calls for most countries are done at no extra cost per minute. The support is good and the staff is responsive.

Cons

No cons that I can mention. My operation is small, so for what I need it is great.
