Very easy software to use. The first time I used it I booked a hotel and flight to San Fran in under 15 min.

Pros

Super easy to book trips. You can book flights, cars, hotels and even get money back from using good deals.

Cons

Not much bad things to say. The company can add their card and pay for you so you dont have to expense it.

Business travel is so much easier having someone on the other end to support any hiccups or changes!

Pros

Costumer service is best in class, 24/7 availability and a real person on the other end! Ease of fixing contact information or updating flight itinerary.

Cons

Nothing! Tripactions platform is easy to use and straight forward.

This has been awesome, and a really great overall experience

Pros

Saved me money for expensive company traveling by letting me book instantly. So quick and easy to use, where my admin set up and I could book instantly

Cons

There isn't anything specifically about tripactions I didn't like. The interface was easy

I had a couple trips where I had to make several changes suddenly or flight changes and they were very accommodating.

Pros

It was very easy to make any changes, quickly able to talk to people.

None that I could see, did not have any problems at all

\-So easy to use -Makes me excited to book business trips

Cons

\-The software automatically seats you by your co-workers, which is usually nice, but if it's a 5am or red-eye flight, it can be a bit awkward
