Pretty Good

Pros

Every time when I make my reservation I receive an immediate support via chat if the system rejects or any type of error, and always I finish my sessions with my task done. I received during a flight delay an expedite support and when I landed my connection flight was already resolved. In addition, phone support is also astonishing, I rec'd support to book hotels in my last trip to CN and agent was very kind and resourceful.

Cons

the limitation with my preferred hotel regarding status recognition; If I go thru my app directly , I'll get better prices. Prices are higher without status recognition. Then, seat selections are not longer accessible.

I love TripActions as it ensures you are complying with your company travel policy while making reservations with ease.

Pros

I love that everything you need it to do can be done from the mobile app or computer. You can easily book flights and accommodations within minutes, see the prices, and whether the price falls within the acceptable amount as determined by your company. I also love that your seat preference at

I really like TripActions and can’t think of anything I dislike about it or even like least. I love that you can view past trips and upcoming trips as well as the reminders it gives for flights.

Travel is stressful, and that stress seems magnified when it's work travel. This app helps reduce the stress. I love the ease of use!

Pros

Ease of use, my admin can select the travel parameters that govern my business travel, and then the app displays flight and hotel options that are outside of those parameters and may land me in hot water if I book those. Also, I get text message alerts on flight status and check- in reminders.

Cons

Minor annoyance: on the check- in reminder, I have to copy and paste the flight confirmation number into the airline's online portal, rather than having that prepopulate based on my username/ cell phone.

Pros

It's pretty easy to use. I like the google map feature so I can see the distance between my hotel and wherever I'm going. I also like that my frequent flyer info and my Marriott rewards is saved.

Cons

Customer support takes a very long time.

Satisfied, linked to my expenses account, one step solution, great!

Pros

The app is easy enough to use. But sometimes has to run last minute changes, the CS is always available and help solved the problem. Easy guidelines, no back and forth confirmation, quick and to the point.

Cons

To add companion on mobile app is somewhat inconvenient. I always have to do it on the computer to make sure I did it correctly. However, I don't need to do so very often

Cons

Checking into an airline, specifically SWA, the attributes do not transfer. For example, I need to copy the confirmation code, first name, and last name in order to check-in.

It has been great, I would recommend this to anyone.

Pros

TripActions is an easy way to book business travel. The company card is already attached to my account and gives me many options for hotels and flights. Their customer service was excellent as well, I had to change my flights last minute and their team was able to help me adjust without any issues at all.

Cons

Nothing so far. I have used TripActions with my company for the last few months and it has been the easiest way I have seen to book corporate travel.

Pros

Extremely easy to use. Love that there's a user friendly mobile app as well. On top of all that come some pretty great perks that I don't think anybody could possibly complain about.

Cons

Maybe this one's on me - but it automatically (or I didn't read the fine print carefully enough) booked a hotel for me with the non flexible option (the cheapest). Usually my team and I need flexibility so I never choose this option, and in this case, I needed to cancel my last night with the hotel I chose. I couldn't because I was unaware I was booked with the non flexible price. If the platform could make it a little more clear which option you're diving into, that'd be ideal!

The dates don't automatically match up with your itinerary when booking a car rental

Pros

Love that you can get rewarded for saving your company money. Makes compare and contrasting rates very easily.

Cons

Have experienced a few glitches or hiccups when booking but nothing too crazy and have always received good support and got it taken care of.

It’s been easy to book or reschedule work and personal travel. The support team has helped me numerous times with booking or rebooking with last minute changes.

Cons

I understand there are some limitations set by company on types of flight tickets or rooms but I do wish I could still book them from tripactions and simply not expense the extra amount.

Overall, TripActions takes all the stress out of travel, the booking is seamless and they can accommodate any request you have!

Pros

It is super easy to find flights when you want go leave, at a price my company is willing to pay. I love that you can filter for in policy flights/hotels so you don't wait your time trying to book something out of policy. I love the map feature on the hotels so you can easily book close to where you will need to be in any given city.

Cons

I have not yet found something I do not like about this software.

Great job overall. I became familiar with how to use the program very quickly and it is still my preferred method to book business travel.

Pros

Easy to use Website is very intuitive and nicely designed Text reminders are a nice feature The whole process feels very streamlined and simple.

Cons

Sometimes the cost is just sliiiiightly more expensive that other softwares that we use.
