Gaviti is such a time saver! It indeed helped me do my job a lot easier, faster, and more efficiently.

Pros

I just love the number of things it can help me do faster to make work a lot easier and more efficiently.

Cons

Generating reports can be a bit very detailed and can take a lot of steps to filter and complete. It also does not allow me to copy from fields.

### "Its ok. Wish it was better."

I am in the middle with this produce. I like the concept but wish it worked better. It should interface with salesforce so we do not have to touch it. It should also keep our internal contacts instead of me having to fix them all the time.

Pros

Automatically sends invoices and reminders. I also like the reporting part of it were i can log on and run a spreadsheet to check my open invoices.

Cons

Have to fix the it all the time and cooperate has to load the invoices making it not automatic. I have to touch it too much.

Overall it's been okay. Not a whole lot to brag on. Very minimal for our type of business.

Pros

It's been nice to be able to keep track of correspondence.

Cons

I can't separate my billing by my region. So reporting wise the whole company is bulked together. It would be nice not to have to filter through my email to find what I need. It would be nice to be able to have a fully operational AR & AP all together in one place. invoices disappearing after payment is kind of wonky. Rather than having a separate place within the software once they've been paid.

About the separation of billing, it is possible to do this, it's entirely up to you how you choose to structure your business units. Many of our customers use both approaches: some prefer managing everything under a single unit, while others set up multiple subsidiaries based on region, unit, branch, or other criteria. All of these options are supported. Even within a single business unit, you can implement these distinctions using custom fields based on specific criteria. About the disappearing invoices. Invoices don't disappear, it depends on the filters you set up. If you wish, you can apply a filter to view all invoices, including the paid ones, on the same page. Please feel free to reach out to your dedicated customer success manager to help you.

I like the program. As stated it is easy to look up invoices, can find by invoice #, account, or our sales order number. Would recommend to others.

Pros

Pretty simple to view and navigate. We can add notes to invoices and actually do multiple notes to mulitple orders at the same time.

Cons

Reporting - could be confusing. Creating reports is not the simplest. It may be the filters we have set up but not very user friendly.

As a CEO, Gaviti had been a game changer! I can see how we are doing at a glance. I can see who the biggest late paying clients are and manage them better.

Pros

The way it tracks our staff's efforts to collect money and control the pipeline of aged invoices. Way better than spreadsheets.

Cons

I wish it had more robust reporting. Sometimes, for our clients, we need to tell a story. For instance, if I could track the receivable aging pipeline over time I could show how good things look now comapred to when we started using Gaviti.

For the two weeks my company has been using, very pleased. Quick to understand screens. I may not need all the extra information on the dashboard, but, that is how it was set-up by management at my company.

Pros

Excellent assistance via \[sensitive content hidden\] in Israel with all our company questions. Easy to enter notes whether customer or invoice.

Cons

When the invoices are emailed to our customers, our customers often "short pay" an invoice, and Gaviti doesn't understand that an invoice could be under appeal, etc. Also, many of my customers are called, and the general email says they are not responding to a previous email.

I absolutely love the automations of these site. Helps keep me free and focused on more important things.

I have not found any dislikes with the system personally. Gaviti works as I think it should, as it is a great tool and great functions.

So far my experience has been very positive. As stated, it has saved my team several hours and has allowed us to reach all of our customer base instead of just high dollar accounts. I would recommend Gaviti to other companies.

Pros

Gaviti is user friendly and easy to learn. Gaviti's automatic communication to customers has saved so much time for my team from sending out manual emails.

Cons

I wish the activity under the invoice was listed under the notes, such as when a pre-due or past notification has been sent. Instead you have to look at the notes to see what the AR Rep is doing then under Activity to see the emails. It would save me time from having to look under two tabs to see the whole picture.

I am pleased with it. I am relatively new to Gaviti, but there are no major concerns or pains it causes

Pros

I love the ability to see the invoice pdf, past notes, and other information for a specific invoice all from the same screen.

Cons

I wish there was an ability to see the notes, pdfs, etc of all past open invoices of a company while looking at a more recent invoice of that company. Sometimes I am looking at a brand new invoice for a company, so there are no notes attached to it, but I know that on previous invoices I left notes, but I am unable to access those notes while looking at the newest invoice.

Pros

Gaviti does a much better job at tracking invoices and dates than native ERP systems, and particularly does a better job at logging notes and correspondence both with the customer and with internal team members. It's improved communication between departments exponentially.

Cons

There is a slight lag time between posting an invoice in our ERP system and it showing up synced with Gaviti. In a perfect world, there would be no lag time.

HORRIBLE - Too many bugs in the system. Ability for more users added slows speed down even further. I should not have to wait for the system to sit and spin after a single notation. I need to have the ability to added a note save it and then moved o the next task. My job is fast paced, I need an accounting system that will not hinder this.

Only thing is they send auto reminders.

Cons

SPEED!!! Inability to use "enter' instead have to tab down 1st. AW SNAP responses are constant.

The team at Gaviti has been excellent from the start, im so thankful we made the decision to partner together in 2020. At the time we had no systematic way to track AR invoices. This has transformed my AR team. The customer service is top notch and they've always been there to support my team. Multi-Entity, Multi-Currency as well, which is our business grows internationally this will continue to be a valuable tool.

Pros

The user interface is easy to navigate, it was easy to set up, it provides all the management reports we need to run a successful collections team.

Cons

It doesnt recognize the project in the Sage integration, just the customer, but this is a manageable item.

Pros

In addition to the product itself being very easy to use, what I appreciate most about Gaviti is that it does the heavy lifting for those involved in collections. Rather than manually following up on each individual customer, Gaviti can handle the entire follow up process for all customers which frees up the user for more strategic thinking. The administrator also has complete control over workflow email template designs which allows for quick pivoting in targeting and messaging strategy when necessary. On top of that, the system provides useful metrics and is able to manage communication not only internally with the team, but also externally with clients as well.

Cons

Although the invoice attachment function helps, what would be game-changing is if all open invoices per customer could be attached for download in one email to the customer. Furthermore, when the invoice table is embedded in the email, all of the invoices listed should be available through the link. Hopefully this is already part of the current road map. Other than this specific item, there isn't much to not like about Gaviti.
