As stated it is easy to look up invoices, can find by invoice #, account, or our sales order number. Would recommend to others. Pros Pretty simple to view and navigate. We can add notes to invoices and actually do multiple notes to mulitple orders at the same time. Cons Reporting - could be confusing. Creating reports is not the simplest. It may be the filters we have set up but not very user friendly. I am able to pay the payment and see it debited next day without fail and keep records up to date Cons i cannot view what to pay b/c i only have a small section of the page to view it. thats the most annoying part. It has been easy to use and provides the information I need daily to contact my customers. Pros Having it set to automatically reach out to past due customers, multiple times if necessary. Being the AR person, having a report that list all open invoices and/or customers with a balance with the contact info allows my day to go more smoothly. Additionally, having the ability to add notes while speaking to customer or setup payment plan/promise to pay cuts down on time. Cons When a payment plan or promise to pay is setup, it would be nice if this info would automatically email the customer. If it could be emailed, it would be helpful to have a template with instruction/explanation with reply demand in place. Also, I work in Gaviti daily, and it tends to be very slow quite often. It automates invoice followups, integrates relatively well with most external ERPs and overall improves organization efficiency. Pros One of the biggest benefits is that Gaviti automates invoice follow-ups, reminders, and collections workflows so we don’t have to manually chase payments. This saves tons of time and reduces errors. Cons I feel limited on the reporting capabilities of gaviti. Deep analytics is difficult and not intuitively navigable. I don't utilize this for my own business but only to pay my supplier. Pros I like the ability to look up my bills and see what I owe prior to the bills being loaded into my online payment portal. Cons I can hardly see the bills with the way they are listed at the bottom. It doesn't even show the entire line and then you have to scroll. Basically, it's on autopilot and that's awesome Cons My main complaint with Gaviti is the lagging. A lot of times we are waiting for it to quit spinning and pull up what we need. I don't know if it's because we have so many companies. I also appreciated the real-time visibility into aging, disputes, and customer touchpoints, which made it easier to prioritize accounts and stay organized.
