Pros

It is very easy to use. The features are very user friendly.

Cons

When we want to relate the tickets to a particular project is it difficult. Also need to be linked with zoho projects.

still trying to figure it out

Pros

Pro - Integration with ZOHO CRM , this makes it functional - no good without that . Must be able to tie tickets to client activities

Cons

Not enough ticketing and tracking - no integration with projects - i need to manage employees and what they are doing with this software , not just create tickets and track them isolated

Free evaluation is good to try things out.

Pros

It looks modern and is very easy to use. Has a really good email feature and allows for most situations

Cons

Everything works OK so no real bad news to report. If it could alert via SMS that would be a good feature.

Pros

The user friendly interface and it totally mirrors "less is more"! Everything is well segregated and easy to navigate.

it is slightly slow to load.
