In addition, we recently started to track and manage our internal projects to have a better portfolio view of our activities. The platform offers a wide range of features and with it our ability to anticipate industry shifts and continuously improve our products has been tremendous. The visualizations provide a structured overview of our information to facilitate better decision making and also strategic planning in terms of product improvements. Pros What I like most about the product is its powerful visualizations like the radar and the matrix and the connectivity of these data points. The platform is highly configurable which was ideal as some changes needed to be made during the softrolllout. With the landing pages, we were able to guide users and specifically show what was relevant for the stakeholder group. In terms of service, I greatly appreciate the support of all customer facing teams, their commitment and dedication to bring out the best for us. Cons Setting up the platform took more time and effort than we expected. It was a bit of a challenge, but the ITONICS support was there to guide us through the process. While some features are missing, the product team is constantly improving the product which is great to see. Even without a training, many of my clients see the benefits at first glance. Cons A minor thing is that some clients I work with aren't fluent in English, so they might need a translation. But I guess the team is already working on that. Cons I‘m missing a button on an entity page back to the entity overview. F.e.: I‘m looking at a single trend and would like to go back to the trends overview page. Now i have to go to the menu and click on „trends“, which leads me to the top of the list - even though I was looking at trends located in the middle of the list.Plus, once you know how to handle the backend of the tool, it‘s not that hard to make changes. But if you don‘t use it regularly, it‘s quite hard to find what you are looking for. The options are many, the functions in most cases good and well thought out. The platform really enables us to work with different people on many different topics. Especially the customer service is a huge plus. Salome and Matthias are a big help in making our use-case as good as possible. They are very invested and interested in our success. The first-level support by Franzi also works like a charm. Cons Sometimes the features are not consistent. The translations to DE and FR still need improvement.
