Pros

The workflow management is amazing, as well as the fantastic quickbooks implementation. Oh and lets not forget how professional the invoicing and appointment verification are. Top Notch!

Cons

A Digital Vehicle Inspection is the only thing missing.

Love this software because it has minimized our paper use and we are able to reach out to our customers in a timely manner.

Cons

There are no cons so far! We love everything about it!

You really have to sign up for a free trial to experience this revolutionary new software!

Pros

Design, Ease of use, all important information is right in front of you when you login! (Revune, Current, Expected income, Avg Part Order Margins, Avg Order Ticket.

Cons

Can't take payments from within (However you can enter payment info and take it offline) I spoke with them they said this feature is coming soon.

Pros

Love the customer support, they're absolutely fantastic!

Cons

Few minor hiccups with quickbooks integration that require additional manual entries (in the event invoices are deleted, they can't be re-sent by the system). The team is constantly working on updates and adding functionality though, so hopefully even this won't be an issue for long.

Lo mejor de todo es que se basa en la nube, puedes usarla desde cualquiera de tus dispositivos electrónicos.

Pros

Es un buen software de autoshop. Gestiona mejor que otros los flujos de trabajo, es fácil de navegar.

Cons

Es poco conocida, debería darse más publicidad acerca de este software. Probablemente les cambiaría la forma de trabajo a muchos.

Pros

Ease of use and all in one communications with customers. Shopmonkey allows our techs to be their own service advisor, update clients on progress, get approval for additional work/parts quickly and view quotes and invoices easily.

Cons

Conversion from RO Writer was a bit painful, but Ashot and team made as easy as they could!

The owner is great and willing to listen to you as the customer and help you every step of the way. This is the easiest shop program I have ever used.

Pros

Ease of moving things around and also being able to communicate within the system on every work order.

Cons

No net 10 or 30 capability. No way of entering vendor invoice cost to a specific part or work order.

Pros

Clean, modern visual appeal. Has all of the essential features with none of the useless fluff that clutters other software. Intuitive and easy to navigate. Extremely fast customer service when rarely needed. Constant improvement makes us happier with the experience every day!
