I appreciated the templates; they are well designed. It is easy to get started quickly even if you haven't used Wix before. The price was okay for what was offered. Cons The system doesn't make it easy to sell internationally because it doesn't have support for VAT and other international taxes. But it also doesn't have an easy setup to only sell within the US; I can't limit sales based on IP and shipping addresses combined, which makes it difficult to make sure I'm obeying laws everywhere. I want an e-commerce platform that works as a merchant of record collecting and submitting sales taxes for me. I also found that the upload speed was slow and experienced a lot of lag. Their GDPR and California policies are lacking and I have to pay another service to meet all the legal obligations. Customer support was unable to solve my problems.
