### "Wix is an excellent digital growth tool not only a website builder."

February 13, 2026

5.0

This is the main platform I have chosen for my agency, after many years working with many from its competitors. Wix standouts in terms of ease of use, tech depth and updates that continuously focus on improving the features they offer.

Pros

Τhe flexibility, the continuous improvement and the ability to resolve any issues fast. Custom Coding capabilities of the platform have also being improving steadily.

Cons

That some customizations are still difficult to do, like complex ecommerce logic, or custom payment getaways connection, but in general I am very happy with Wix.

I was frustrated of the dev costs, the working hours we spend on making simple updates but most important was the security issues and the problem with the plugins. Also design flexibility and speed of deployment was subpar comparing to wix.

### "FIGHTING CYBERWARS - AND WITH WIX, EVENTUALLY WINNING!"

March 23, 2026

4.0

It was pretty good up until three nights ago when I started experiencing major challenges, simply trying to connect an external (google) email address. We could not get it connected, even though working with 'help', and in the process managed to mess a few things screwed up. Thankfully with the patient assistance of Claudia, one of their experts, managed to resolve eventually. And with Bond today, hopefully got the last step done - of linking my google email address. Holding thumbs! lol

Pros

The ease with which the system works, once you get to know how it works. Took a bit of a learning curve, but under WIX expert help, eventually won through!

Cons

The learning process to work out how to navigate around the space. At first, did not seem intuitive, and some of the functions which I was let to tarsnpire, did not do as I was led to believe they would. A bit of a steep learning curve

### "Good basic tools. "

February 12, 2026

3.0

My overall experience with Wix is good for basic sites. There is a lot features that can be improved and make it easier.

Pros

What I like about wix user-friendly drag-and-drop design, vast template choices, strong e-commerce/marketing features, and good support, making it great for beginners and small sites.

Cons

The things that I don´t like about wix, is that being locked into your template, potential site speed issues, rigidity in advanced customization, and higher costs for premium features.

### "Awesome versatility of application and real human tech support"

January 17, 2026

5.0

Great! I've had to rebuild my entire website because the last company I was using for years switched everything to be run by AI. And it crashed my search engine position. And just about killed my business entirely. Coming over to WIX was a challenge because I had to start over from scratch. But there are so many more options with WIX than with their competitors. It's a little mind blowing. In a good way. There's a bit of a learning curve. But I don't mind it at all. It makes me a better business owner.

Pros

I'm amazed at the versatility of what is available. I also am extremely satisfied with their customer and tech support. Unlike other companies that are using AI in place of actual human beings. I don't spend hours as their AI test subject while my online business goes down the tubes. They have actual knowledgeable people there to help.

Cons

It takes time to learn the system because there's a lot there. But that's not a bad thing really. Other companies have dumbed things to a point that the applications don't function well. I'm grateful that I have the option of learning this application and that it actually does what is sets out to do.

They are running everything with AI now. And they didn't bother to test it out to see what would happen. It crashed my search engine listings by the way AI is not posting the URL. It's bad. And you can't really speak to a person. Their tech support never gets back to you. Even when you outline what the problem in and how to fix it. They just ignore you. They want you to spend $700 a month with their consulting people to fix their destruction of your business by what they've done to your online presence.

### "My Wix Experience"

March 31, 2026

4.0

I have been using Wix for many years, and has improved over time. It is great for non-coders. It can be improved in highlighting the errors before publishing a page. It shows the error on the lower screen for codes, but it would help to hightlight where the errors are on the page being displayed.

Pros

My ability as a non-coder, the features take time to understand, but they work with ease as you become knowledgable with the desktop and the mobile settings.

Cons

The offers for new apps and their marketing for additional subscriptions, even if I am already using them, tend to pop up. This may cause billing issues, when you accidently add on the same subscription for apps.

### "I love using Wix!"

March 26, 2026

10 out of 10 service and product. The help team and the AI agents are super helpful in a pinch. I love the ease of use and the products.

Pros

The ease of use when designing websites is fantastic. Make changes in a second and publish them immediately.

Cons

### "WIX is a WINNER"

March 26, 2026

5.0

Pros

It's been 20 years since I did any website design. I was looking for a quick way to get a small not-for-profit site up and running. Adobe Express and Google Sites were easy enough but lacked the polish for more than landing sites...I tried WIX and in a few days I have a really nice looking site that will grow with future expansion. I had a hiccup and had to reach out to WIX online chat support. \[sensitive content hidden\] stayed with me through diagnosis and correction of the problem. Great company, great product and great customer service.

Cons

My understanding is the website will only work in the WIX world. If I wanted to move to another hosting service, I would have to redesign the site from scratch. That is one of the reasons I started with WordPress (both com and org), but WIX is so much simpler for the beautiful product...at least for me.

Pros

### "Fast and modular drop n drop website builder"

February 13, 2026

4.0

If you're after a WYSIWYG website builder, then Wix is great, you don't need to know anything about the technical side of creating a website. The range of modules will enable you create pretty much anything. For me, I created the whole site I needed to in 3 hours.

Pros

The templates out of the box have a good amount of choice, it's really easy to drag and drop the modules on the page to add your own content. For a 2 year price, it works out less than £10 a month

Cons

Some of the editing doesn't make sense - there can be minor glitches. The thing I struggled with the most was modal overlays, there seems to little controls to manually change them

### "Website building made super easy"

December 3, 2025

4.0

Wix has been pretty straightforward for managing my sites, and I like that most things are easy to figure out without digging through guides. The builder lets you tweak pages quickly, and adding things like forms or extra features is basically plug-and-play. The only thing that gets a bit annoying is the difference between desktop and mobile layouts—sometimes you fix one and the other ends up looking slightly off. Aside from that, it’s been a reliable and easy platform to work with.

Pros

One thing I really like about Wix is how simple the website builder is to use. You don’t need to know any code—you just drag things around until the page looks the way you want, which makes updating my sites way less of a headache. I used to publish most sites with Wordpress but the time it takes to fix an issue with that isn't worth it when you can use Wix and have it sorted in no time! Another big plus is all the built-in apps you can drop onto a page. The forms, for example, are super handy because they send the info straight to whatever email you set, so you don’t have to go hunting for submissions. For managing a couple of personal sites, it’s been quick, convenient, and honestly pretty fun to work with.

Cons

Sometimes, the formatting can be a bit strange when shifting between desktop and mobile view. I've found that I'll finish the site on desktop mode, which looks great, but then the mobile view can so a bit odd and throw things in the wrong place or cut things out of view. It's fixable, but a bit annoying when you're expecting it to work from the get go. It's definitely not enough to put me off using Wix entirely.

### "Best website builder I'v ever used. "

February 2, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Wix has been very positive. It makes it easy to build and manage websites for all of my brands while still making each one look professional, unique, and high-quality. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and lets me move fast without sacrificing design or branding.

Pros

The customer support agent was awesome! What I liked most about Wix is how it balances creative freedom with usability. The platform makes it easy to build visually rich, modern websites while still offering advanced customization through tools like Velo, custom code embeds, and flexible layout controls. It allows me to move fast without sacrificing design quality or performance, which is critical when working with clients.

Cons

Pricing could be better. The main downside is pricing. Some essential features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can add up quickly—especially when managing multiple client sites. While the value is there, clearer bundling or more flexible pricing options for professionals would make the platform even better.

### "Thanks to Wix for making my life easier!"

February 5, 2026

5.0

Wix seems to have everything my businesses need. They're relatively affordable for what they offer. I'm sure others have more customization options, but I haven't found something that wix won't accomplish in one way or another. They're my ride or die...

Pros

Product is user friendly, allows my entire catalog of products into the ecommerce database. My business has been using WIX for a long time and wouldn't really try to go anywhere else. They seem to have everything I need. I recently had an issue that i needed customer support to help with. AI chatbot wasn't really able to get to the root of my issue, but connected me to David and helped me get to Majestic in advanced billing, who solved my issues very quickly. Customer support was great once I got past the AI Chatbot. Excellent

Cons

I wish there was a tiered discount for premium subscriptions, where the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th business with premium subcriptions were offered a discount. I know not all users have 3 businesses, but I do and am working on the 4th. It would help the bottom line to have a little love for that.

February 8, 2026

5.0

Frustrating before today. My customer service rep \[sensitive content hidden\] gave me some hope and gave me faith that WIX may just work for me.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\]!!! OMG...thank you so much. It is so frustrating when you are trying to do changes on your website. AI and auto answers are incomplete and/or incorrect. \[sensitive content hidden\] was AMAZING!! Spent the time, explained everything to me on a chat that I could screenshot and find the right places to go. Even came back to check on me to make sure I wouldn't loose the feed. This is the first time EVER, I have been so happy with online support from ANY company! \[sensitive content hidden\] , if I ever have an issue, I will request you again. I should have gotten a last name. THANK YOU for your help today. I am beyond impressed with your level of service.

Cons

### "I'm Learning!"

October 18, 2025

5.0

Most help is good from support staff and if its possible to do it on the WIX platform I find that the customer support is able to help me. There are things that it can not do, and often my answers are this is not possible at this time, but I'm hopeful these things will be implemented as often some features can be voted for. I can't compare WIX to any other platforms as its the only one I've used. The very recent new AI Assistants have been great for me personally and really changed my experience with WIX altogether for the better. I would love better design options - for people who are not so computer savvy as templates can be a little boring with themes - I see all these design aspects being advertised on WIX adverts but can't see how to update my own WIX website to incorporate them and I'm scared to lose things by trying.

Pros

I am happy with how WIX is constantly improving their platform with new AI assistants as I am not that computer literate and need to be able to design my own website, do updates and changes. Things that it doesn't do can be voted for which is good too.

Cons

I do find it a little difficult to work with - like for example deciding something isn't what I want seems to have to be implemented first and then when I see it and think oh no thats not what I want and then sometimes its not so easy to undo or delete it again I would like better previews of some elements and design features so that I do not have to put them on my website to see if I want them - I can see an example clearly of what it will do BEFORE I drop it on my website and change everything. I find some of the menu's a little confusing and can't find things often and have to ask the AI Assistants where these functions are so that I can click on them and go to where I need to go to do things. Some things are actually complicated unless going through them with someone who knows what they are doing too, I've just spent an hour on chat support now with someone who was brilliant but at the end of it - its no wonder I couldn't do it myself - it was complicated and difficult to setup. But I know it was something many WIX stores outside America would want and will also need to setup now that tariffs are introduced to the USA. So you will get a lot of people wanting to do what I just did today. (Set up a function for US deliveries to charge tariffs on subtotals for orders). I'd LOVE for an AI Design Assistant that can look at a website that I would like my own website to look like and change it to look this way OR even some aspect of a website ie - be able to say on opening I want my website to show a video that works across all devices and resizes that I can change and upload periodically to keep my website changing with the seasons and update myself, with a slideshow of images and things that can also be put up so I can have a video, click left or right to slide to a photo or 10 slides etc but I can't see options for this - I have slideshow on my website home page currently now but it doesn't really work properly - it doesn't resize on all devices as it should and on mobile phone its very problematic!! I'm constantly deleting things and layouts to try and make it work on the mobile view - which as we all know is majority of how people are shopping these days not on the computer but on the mobile phone - so really important!

cheaper and thats the only reason - I've sometimes wondered if I should have gone with SHOPIFY as there are sometimes issues with WIXs integration - most of the time SHOPIFY is there as an option for linking other platforms but its not often WIX is there.

### "Happy Small Studio"

January 4, 2026

5.0

Pros

Wix has been very user-friendly for me, allowing me to navigate and create on my own. When I've run into issues or had questions about expanding my website with more features, I've found the answers either in the help chatbot or with a live rep. Both have been useful for me many time. I like that I can customize exactly for our business and brand style, and that many features are already included in the package. For a small business, this has been incredible for us.

Cons

We're a non-profit that runs like a business, so sometimes we need to have sliding scale options and haven't fully been able to customize that in all our offerings.

### "Impeccable platform. 10/10 for quick projects"

August 31, 2025

5.0

From the first login, Wix is the most easily adaptable platform. I have managed to save (A LOT) of time, just by using the AI features and the standard templates. Definitely an excellent choice for anyone with low tech skills and the best for launching websites under 1 week.

Pros

The exceptional interface makes Wix one step above the competitors. I have been using other platforms and discovered Wix packs all my plugins and coding into an effective system. It works FOR you, no wasted time.

Cons

Some aspects of the marketplace, some plugins are difficult to modify and I had to contact assistance for new functions to be implemented. Not a big issue as I was served amazingly well.

### "Very satisfied with WIX since years. Very professional customer support. Value for money investment."

January 21, 2026

5.0

Great experience, and I keep recommanding to anybody I meet who like to open a website. Now, I'm quite semi-expert, and can handle some more complex situation with WIX support to fix identified bugs. I have help WIX to see couple of issues and fix for my site, but also for the general improvement of WIX.

Pros

Great interface with a complete set of services and APP/options. I can really make a fully operational website with Product catalog online, Service booking online, Payment/Billing/Accounting, FAQ, fully sketched with JSON coding, Well positionned with Google and so on. Great customer support, helpful to fix identified bugs which had been always solved. This is value for money invested. Now, it is 6 years I maintaine and improve the webste with success with WIX. Being a real beginning, I felt easy to use, and could set-up all without coding myself. The build-up engine remains impressive for beginners who wants to setup their own website.

Cons

I wish there would be a tool to move my site from WIX Editor to WIX studio automatcally, even for a pay. After all the work done on my website since years, I can't see myself re-doing all from scratch with WIX Studio. Please find a way to get a support to move from Editor to Studio without being obliged to re-do the website.

### "A Platform That Thinks With You"

March 27, 2026

5.0

I liked that Wix feels less like software and more like a creative space. Instead of forcing you to adapt to it, it adapts to how you think and build. The experience felt fluid, which made the process surprisingly enjoyable rather than task-oriented. What I appreciated most about Wix was how effortlessly it balances structure and freedom—you’re guided, but never boxed in. That’s a rare combination.

Pros

What stood out to me most about Wix was how it quietly removes the intimidation from building a website. It doesn’t just give you tools; it kind of anticipates what you’re trying to do and smooths the path. I also liked how it lets creativity lead without constantly reminding you of technical limits.

Cons

At times, the platform felt almost too open-ended—without clear boundaries, small design decisions started taking more time than expected.

Easy to use, can get clear direct solutions to your ideas and features added to your site targetting business, marketing and branding! As a Charity we are always worried about how much of our money goes into administrative items, Wix provides value and ease of use to all who use.

Cons

Set up is a bit of a round about, ensuring that you have the correct documentation and in the right order of upload. Understanding how to put a page together as a first time user was a bit of an issue; but the customer service team and expert team gave me all the information I needed to build it up!

### "Great all-in-one website builder for non-technical users"

October 28, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Wix has been positive. It allowed me to build and publish a professional-looking website without any coding knowledge. The interface is very user-friendly and the integrated tools for SEO, forms, and marketing save a lot of time. Customer support responses were also helpful whenever needed. Apart from a few limitations in customization and speed when using many apps, the platform works smoothly for my business.

Pros

Wix is very easy to use even for non-technical people. The drag-and-drop builder, ready-made templates, and integrated tools make it simple to launch a professional website quickly. I also like that it includes marketing, SEO, forms, and analytics in one platform without extra plugins.

Cons

Some advanced customizations are limited unless you upgrade to a higher plan. Also, when many third-party apps are added, the site can become slightly slower. Apart from that, overall the experience is good.

### "Wix is a Must Have Tool for Web Design and Development "

October 5, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with Wix has been remarkable - it has enabled me to not only create websites but also help design logos at ease.

Pros

Wix facilitates all the features that allow me to create stunning and highly responsive websites. It has improved the SEO ranking of my staffing company website across search engines.

Cons

The cost of acquiring some products such as domain registration and hosting is a bit costly compared to alternative digital experience programs.

### "Can't live with it, can't live without it. "

August 8, 2025

5.0

Well, i am using it for 10 years. It was hands down the best platform ever. Over the years, I decided to search for something more modern and fun, I learned Webflow, Framer and a couple of vibe editors. I tried Carrd and Squarespace. A week ago i got back to WIx. As of now, it is still the best WIZYWIG platform on the market.

Pros

WIX might not be the perfect platform, but it is still the best. The amount of functionality and integrations is staggering. It has very, very low learning curve. The best about WIX ids that one published, the website will be reliably stable and look exactly as you designed it. Wix CMS is brilliant, the best in calss. The new Studio solved quite a lot of problems with item placement and making things straight. it works with video nicely. It allows svgs and lottie. It has e-commerce part, you can make a very decent store there, and also integrate. It is getting better in the last 1-2 years, adding it's own automation. Overall, it is kind of friendly place to be and seems to remain relevant. And the cost is, of course the factor: i work for small businesses

Cons

Bugs. The editor is extremely buggy. Wix is known for poor iframe handling. Styling structure is from 2005. You cant use proper CSS and JS in there, it uses Velo, heavily redacted strange language.

### "Wix Studio - Product review"

January 24, 2026

5.0

my overall experience is great, i would definetly recomment wix studio to anyone who is trying to get into design or business owners who are looking for an easy-to-use website

Pros

i love the fact that it is very easy to use, and i am able to onboard my clients with ease and my clients are able to navigate the editor with ease

Cons

I would say the cons about wix is the lack of responsiveness on larger screens while I am designing, i would like for it to have the responsive capabilities like framer
