### "My Canva experience"

March 10, 2026

4.0

its a good software especially where you need work done quickly and immediately for sharing. i mostly use it in church media team and we project immediate results after design

Pros

it is easy to use with readily available templates. the navigation options and the different measurements of sizes that are in the system make it quick for a user to find what they need

Cons

you can not do advanced features like deep manipulation of work. In a situation where you want to add advanced effects like we do in photoshop it is limited

### "Best Product Out There"

March 26, 2026

5.0

I rarely encounter issues with getting Canva to do what I want it to, and sometimes it's a big ask as far as capabilities.

Pros

Canva is the ultimate design product for social media, in house document creation and printing. I am amazed at how many new features they have added in the last month.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about the program, it has stolen the market from the MS product I used to use.

Switched from

Canva has so many capabilities and constantly updates while MS Publisher took years to update features and it was never much of an upgrade for buying the latest version of the program.

### "I'm done with it"

March 11, 2026

2.0

I subscribe to Canva Pro. I (try to) use it to edit product photos. That can include removing or replacing backgrounds, cropping or resizing, or using AI to make small adjustments to correct for photo imperfections. I have used it for two years now. Every upgrade has made the product more difficult to use.

Pros

Canva has some decent features. The AI is pretty good. I appreciate the details Canva provides for images.

Cons

Canva is entirely too complex. It makes the simplest tasks (like cropping an image) nearly impossible to do well. You can crop, but you can't see the dimensions as you're doing the crop, and in some cases, Canva creates another layer behind the image that is the same as the UNCROPPED image, and doesn't provide any option to remove that new layer. The images are often not updated on Canva's screens unless you restart Canva. The navigation is ridiculous. Pictures show outside of their projects or folders, with no indication of their "home". There are very few options for users to set their own defaults, no way to record actions so that you can run them against more than one image. As of today (March 2026), Canva's "Erase Background" replaces the background with white. You have to actually download a png image in order to make it transparent.

### "Best All-in-One Design Tool for Freelancers and Editors"

March 26, 2026

5.0

The mobile application can feel a bit sluggish when working with high-resolution video files or complex animations. Additionally, many of the premium elements and advanced export settings are restricted to the Pro version, which might be a bit costly for someone just starting out.

Pros

Canva’s drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to create professional-looking social media graphics and YouTube thumbnails in minutes. The vast library of pre-made templates and high-quality stock elements saves a lot of time. I especially like the "Magic Studio" AI features, which allow for quick background removal and image adjustments without needing complex software.

### "Fantastic Canva"

April 9, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Canva is that it is one of the best editing websites/ apps that I have ever used before, and I use it for personal things as well as work or business related things! I definitely recommend Canva for everybody!

Pros

I love that Canva is super easy to use, the customer support is amazing, and it is an amazing value for your money! It is super easy to navigate and make things your own, I love how quick and easy it is to edit images and videos, and you can get access to Canva online or offline! I love it!

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about Canva, I have been using it for a long time now and there are never any bugs or issues with it!

### "Design Made Easy"

March 1, 2026

5.0

I make all of my slide decks in Canva and have even used it for video editing, in addition to all of the social media graphics, photo editing, fliers, business cards, and invitations I've used it for.

Pros

Canva really does make it super easy to design pretty much anything you could think of, both digital and physical. They've also made a lot of improvements over the years to make it even easier to fine-tune designs, and there are seemingly limitless high-quality templates available to make designing super simple.

Cons

I have a personal Canva account and have also been added as a member on other business accounts. Canva makes it easy to switch between profiles without having to log out, but it's not always easy to see which profile you are viewing a design from. And when I open a link to a shared design, Canva doesn't let me select which account I want to view the shared design from. This means that I have opened designs in the wrong account at times, and it was incredibly difficult to share the design with a different account. I ended up having to ask the sender to reshare the link so I could try opening it from a different account.

### "Canva for the Non-Designer"

March 27, 2026

5.0

Canva is a great tool for those who are not naturally designers or artistic. While many of the best features are paid, there are still a plethora of templates that can be customized to suit each brand.

Pros

As a non-designer, Canva simplifies the entire process of generating social media posts, invitations, etc. The number of templates already pre-loaded into the program make designing work less intimidating but also provides the ability to customize those templates based on brand colours or preference. In addition to customizing layout, the built-in ability to upload logos, photos, and icons allows for further personalization of each template. The ability to export the design in multiple formats is very helpful.

Cons

Unfortunately, the cost of Canva can be quite intimidating for a smaller business. Many of the most unique templates do require a subscription and the same applies to many of the most unique icons, fonts, etc. The only other con is that internet required to generate designs.

### "Essential for home, school and business needs!"

Canva is essential for my business, home and homeschool projects. Everything I’ve ever needed to create I’ve been able to do so easily with Canva. Great selection of editing tools and features! Love all the included preset designs and graphics.

Pros

I loved the different editing tools and preset designs. Being able to choose a specific project style (banner, flyer, sign, brochure, etc) allowed for easy formatting.

Cons

Some of the tools and features lack clear instructions on how to use them so there was a lot of trial and error and looking up how to videos.

### "covers a wide range of desig applications"

Overall a great deisgn software and so much more intuitive to use than Adobe if you starting in design.

Pros

Love the ease of use. Coming from an avanced level of Adobe suite use, I must say I am impressed. It has it's limitations but for most applications it is sufficient and much faster for new team members to use and get cracking. Ai also likes that I was givnen a long-enough trila and even offered another free trial to get a newbee team member try it out , play around before comitting

Cons

I found the premium option (to use with 3+ team members) a bit too expensive to justify i for start-up teams.

### "Powerful and User-Friendly Design Tool"

December 16, 2025

Pros

Canva allows you to edit images, videos, flyers, social media graphics, and more with EASE. It feels similar to Photoshop but is much more intuitive, making it accessible even for beginners. The layout and tools are simple to navigate, so you can create professional-looking designs quickly without a steep learning curve. I also appreciate that Canva offers built-in AI features and integrations with other services, which makes it easy to fully customize projects and streamline the entire design process in one place.

Cons

hile the free version is helpful, many advanced features, premium templates, brand tools, and design elements require a paid subscription, which can feel expensive and restrictive for individuals, students, or small teams who only use the platform occasionally.

### "Canva has almost replaced illustrator... almost"

November 27, 2025

5.0

Been extremely useful as a designer when i'm just feeling a bit uninspired or lazy or need something quick and i don't want to hunt for images. especially when i didn't have photos yet.

Pros

I really like that the free version has enough to get by but the pro version is worth the money. The interface is fun and easy to use and it seems like they update it regularly with new features. It looks pretty and it's easy to share with people what you're working on. I've only needed support once ad they were pleasant and friendly.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes i have accidentally worked on the project in 2 windows without realizing it and had to re-do alot of things. There's also limited photo editing capabilities. I would like more filters like instagram.

### "Design Powerhouse Canva Beats Adobe Products"

December 4, 2025

5.0

I've been very happy with Canva. I used to be the elitist designer who thought you weren't really. "creating" if you weren't using Adobe products... I've never been so happy to eat my words. With the new Affinity collab, I am very strongly considering finally jumping ship with Adobe and going ALL in with Canva. Which is very daunting, and very freeing since I've been paying for Adobe in some way or fashion (product keys and then later CC subscriptions) for over 14 years.

Pros

I love the ease of the user interface, even with more difficult or daunting tasks, such as background eraser, or changing the colors of an element (whether with its innate color picker, or duotone on photos!). This ends up leaving me (a full time designer) running to Canva over something bulky and time consuming like Photoshop or Illustrator. It has also made collaborating SO much easier - previously I could never share work with my team without sending an AI file back and forth. We we would work off the wrong version and end up starting all over. No more with Canva!

Cons

Honestly, Canva is constantly updating, granting "wishes", holding Keynotes to keep us updated on upgrades. Anything over the years that I haven't liked about Canva, gets solved within the year. At the moment, I can't think of anything I am unhappy with. A previous thing was that projects could only hold pages of the same size - but they recently upgraded to hold pages of any size! MAJOR win.

### "User-friendly and great price"

December 18, 2025

Love using Canva and the price is great considering how much I use it! It has become my go to tool for documents, emails, social media graphics, posters and more

Pros

Love how many functions this has! I used the free version for a very long time and was very impressed with how much I could do on that version. Once I moved to the paid plan I have been able to use this as one of my main programs. The more I learn its functions the more I am using it

Cons

I wish the mobile version was a little easier to use. It is great to have to download already made items quickly and on the go but editing is not very easy

Pros

I like the quantity of designing resources it has and the quality of it, on Canva I can create beautiful marketing materials in a matter of minutes, with its templates and easy platform.

As per my opinion till now the experience of using Canva is Amazing and Outstanding.Apart from this I like to share how it helps me in my work , the problems that Canva is solving in my day to day life are depicted below 1)Content Creation : Canva helps in creating high volume content by using advanced tools already installed in it like (AI Tools) which is magic studio . 2)Display and Design : Canva helps me creating design by massive template library. There are some one click tools like Canva AI which provides you quick example of any design which you want to perform. 3)Presentation Making: It helps in making my impressive presentation very effectively in very less time.

Pros

The things that I love most about the Canva is Ease of Use and Huge template Library which opens to implement various tasks effeciently without any problem.Apart from these Some other points that I love most about the Canva are depicted below. 1)Ease Of Use: The user friendly interface of the canva allows people to create professional looking document easily without any advanced knowledge of the design skills. 2)Advanced Templates: Canva generally offers thousands of the customized templates for everything from presentations to social media posts.Apart from this it has advanced templates for business cards. It is easy to implement . 3)Background Remover : It is generally considered for time saver which allows users to cut down the background of image in minutes . 4)Presentation and Documents: It is helpful in designing business presentation very easily.By using Canva Docs and Canva Whiteboards we can easily create our presentation without wasting of our time . 5) Social Media Posts: It is very helpful in creating engaging social media graphics posts and videos. 6) Media editing : Inside the Canva application there are some image editing toolslike cropping ,applying filters, and the magic eraser as well.

Cons

### "Powerful and Versatile Design Tool for Teams and Exhibits"

April 5, 2026

5.0

Overall, our experience with Canva has been very positive. The platform is intuitive and versatile, making it easy to create professional-quality graphics for social media, marketing, and even our museum exhibits. The paid version provides access to a vast library of templates, graphics, and advanced features, which has been invaluable for both design and team collaboration. While there are some limitations, such as challenges with TIFF files, the mobile version, and occasional video editing issues, these are relatively minor compared to the benefits. Canva has become an essential tool for our organization, streamlining our creative workflow and helping us maintain a consistent, visually appealing presence across platforms.

Pros

What I like most about Canva is how easy it is to use, even for someone with little design experience. The drag-and-drop interface, combined with their extensive library of templates, photos, icons, and fonts, makes creating professional-looking graphics simple and quick. We especially use Canva’s graphics for building our exhibits, which helps us create engaging, visually appealing displays. I also appreciated Canva’s Content Planner for social media, which allows us to schedule posts directly to platforms like Instagram, and Facebook, The calendar view makes it easy to plan and organize content, helping us maintain a consistent posting schedule. Collaboration is seamless, as team members can edit designs in real time and access shared brand kits. Overall, Canva is intuitive, versatile, and a great tool for both individuals and teams.

Cons

Even with the paid version, Canva has a few limitations. Working with certain file types, like TIFF, can be challenging, as they aren’t fully supported for editing or exporting. The mobile version is not ideal, as some tools and features are harder to use or less intuitive compared to the desktop version. There have also been occasional issues with video editing and posting, which can make creating multimedia content more time-consuming. Additionally, complex design adjustments can still be tricky, and occasional formatting issues may occur when resizing or layering elements.

### "Powerful Design Tool That Makes Creating Graphics Easy"

March 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, Canva has been a very helpful and reliable design tool. It saves a lot of time when creating marketing materials, social media posts, and presentations. The templates and design elements make it easy to produce professional-looking graphics quickly, even without advanced design skills. It’s a great platform for individuals, small businesses, and teams who need high-quality designs without complicated software.

Pros

Canva makes designing extremely easy, even for people with little to no design experience. The drag-and-drop interface is very intuitive, and the large library of templates, fonts, graphics, and photos makes it simple to create professional-looking designs quickly. It’s especially helpful for social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and quick branding projects. I also like that it’s cloud-based, so projects can be accessed and edited from anywhere.

Cons

Some of the best templates, graphics, and features are locked behind the Pro subscription, which can be limiting for free users. In addition, very detailed or complex designs can sometimes feel restricted compared to more advanced design software. Export settings and file organization could also be improved when managing a lot of projects.

### "Awesome program/app"

November 24, 2025

5.0

My overall experience has been great. I still upload to canva as a fail safe when my other programs cannot complete a task. More often than not Canva will succed where others fail. The amount of features are great whether one is editing images, writing a book, or just improving family pictutes with bad backgrounds; Canva is a wonderful edition.

Pros

There are a ton of features, templates, and apps that are pretty easy to use. My favorite aspect is the image editing magic where one can pull set text and images from an image to remove or edit. The background removal and ai background is also very useful.

Cons

The magic edit is either hit or miss, and sometimes even trying multiple prompts is not useful, or gives the same problems.

### "Accessible design software that allows teammates to collaborate and create while staying on-brand"

February 7, 2026

5.0

Canva has been game-changing for our organization. It has given our staff members wide access to design software that they otherwise wouldn't have had. It also has saved our design department time, since we can create templates with Canva that other staff members can use.

Pros

It makes design accessible to non-designers. It allows most people to be able to create digital graphics or single-page flyers, on brand, without knowing complicated software like Photoshop. It allows you to collaborate and share files with others, and see what they are working on while you also work. It also has a wide variety of free assets, like stock photos and icons.

Cons

I wish Canva's free tier would allow users to export a design as a vector (SVG). I believe that Canva should also make their 'Layers' panel more accessible. It would be helpful if they added extra paragraph spacing options, like 'space between paragraphs', and not just leading.

### "User friendly and approachable"

5.0

Overall, I find Canva easy to use and effective for my design needs. I enjoy creating flyers, slide decks and social media content on this platform more than any other.

Pros

Canva is super user friendly and allows for better design collaboration than other platforms. The templates are great for inspiration and building off of, and I'm always satisfied with my final product. The resize tool is also a game changer when switching projects from one format to another.

Cons

The free version seems to have become more limited over time, which makes the platform less accessible than it used to be. However, I find the paid user experience to be worth it.

### "Brilliant programme, can't imagine using anything else"

October 19, 2025

5.0

It's a brilliant programme with full customisation and functionality and really easy for most people to use. It's great for designers and non-designers alike as you can choose from designing fresh or using their templates, but don't bother with any of the AI services.

Pros

Canva is super affordable and a great user-friendly option for people who need quality designs but don't have the design skills to use the likes of PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc. It's also great for video editing so a great programme for social media managers and those in marketing who are looking after social accounts and having to make a lot of videos on a regular basis. The templates are brilliant and easy to create quality graphics in no time. However, if you are a professional designer, you can also start from scratch creating whatever you need in any dimensions. It's now my preferred programme to work with designers in as they can create custom graphics for brands inside Canva and then Canva is easy for the clients to use if they need to edit anything in the future. The free version of Canva also comes with so many features. And if you do need the premium features, it's still an affordable subscription.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about Canva is the new AI features are extremely bad. Honestly, they're not worth using at all and I don't know why Canva are pushing so hard for users to use them. They have the collab with ChatGPT where you find Canva features through ChatGPT, and then a generative design service inside Canva. They're both really poor quality, not returning accurate results whatsoever.

Amazing, I use it every day. Literally the most important platform for content and marketing in my business today. Excellent design, easy to use and collaborate with others. Features are so comprehensive. Free plan includes a lot and the pro is affordable.

Cons

The extra tools are hard to sift through. There are too many that are similar, without any explanation for how they're different

### "Can't Imagine Life Without Canva"

October 2, 2025

5.0

There are very few items in our office that don't involve Canva, from video testimonials and flyers to conference programs and our training calendar.

Pros

Canva has been a game-changer for our organization for several reasons: its ease of use, diverse features, video and image editing tools, and the numerous templates available. Canva has helped us create beautiful ideas and campaigns efficiently, even with limited marketing training.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. I LOVE Canva and its ease of use. However, I have a paid subscription through my job, so I'm not sure what the free version offers.

### "Easy and Fun Graphic Design Tool ✅"

September 15, 2025

5.0

Overall, Canva is a fantastic tool for creating professional-looking designs quickly. It is especially great for students, freelancers, and small business owners who need visually appealing content without advanced design skills. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a simple and effective design tool.

Pros

1I liked Canva’s user-friendly interface the most. It makes designing graphics, presentations, and social media posts very easy, even for beginners. The drag-and-drop features and variety of templates save a lot of time and make the design process enjoyable.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Canva is that sometimes the free version has limited templates and features. To access all design elements, you need the paid subscription, which can be a bit restrictive for users on a budget.
