Pros

An accountant quoted me £500 for something that I have been able to do within minutes on their platform for £40. I am excited to explore the platform to see what other unneccessary costs I can remove from my business. Fantastic service, excellent customer service on the phone too.

Cons

That I didn't find it sooner.

This software is a pleasure to deal with. I just wish it emailed the draft confirmation statement to the client to check and amend 14 days before the due date.

Pros

It's simple to use and does all of the complicated stuff without bothering you with it. The traffic light system is amazing and makes my life so much easier. It's very easy to import straight-forward clients. Setting up new companies is a breeze. Express confirmation statement saves so much time.

Cons

It's not cheap. Importing isn't a one-click process, there are several seemingly pointless steps and clicks required. When there are any issues at Companies House, there needs to be manual intervention to import and this can take a while. They try to sell you unnecessary stuff when you set up a new company. A Big bug-bear of mine, it doesn't send info to the client in advance of the confirmation statement date, it doesn't allow the user to correct/amend data and it won't automatically submit confirmation statements. Surely this is easy to develop but apparently not.
