### "Overall, great new product"

Overall we had a positive experience. The team enjoyed being able to see their PTO in real time, request time off directly in the app and see their schedules. Our hospital is a very large hospital and we do have pay differentials for our evening shifts after a certain time frame- which was the only thing we could not work out with Factorial overall. For a facility that is less complex in it's scheduling and wage tables than ours- this would not be an issue.

Pros

Customer service team was top notch. They were willing to try to work with every single one of our hospital's needs and were accessible pretty much at anytime.

Cons

We hit a huge road block trying to come up with a way to add our evening pay differentials into the payroll software.

The interface made everything user friendly and easy to get through. Getting my team on was just as simple.

Pros

The ease of use after setting up payroll made it super simple. The team was all able to learn it together ask questions and be able to navigate swiftly.

Cons

The load times were the only thing but that could have been the shared internet. Overall great user experience.

Pros

La multitud de opciones que tiene para la configuración de los turnos y diferentes casuísticas que pueden ocurrir dentro de una empresa

Cons

Hay determinados aspectos que se deberían mejorar como, por ejemplo, la opción de hacer visibles los turnos rotativos a determinados managers de equipo y no a todos

Am Anfang das freundliche Kundensupportteam und das Setup

Cons

Nach und nach mehr Probleme beim Einloggen, dann auch schlechterer Kundenservice - und vor ein paar Tagen plötzlich, da angeblich Zahlungen von vor 2 (!) Jahren ausstehen, Blocken des Accounts. Mit Factorial scheint es wirklich bergab zu gehen - schade

Overall I have a had a positive experience with Factorial. I hope my company does not shift to a different system because of how easy and intuitive this system is.

Pros

Easy to use and intuitive to the end user. It makes submitting my timesheet quick and easy. As an employee who has to use it to navigate my time card and vacation, i am grateful it is not a more complex system.

Cons

I do not have any cons regarding this software. I am only an end user and only use it to manage my time and vacation.

La solution en elle même est très complète, presque trop. Mais pas toujours facile à utiliser surtout via un smartphone. Elle est surtout extrêmement chère, ce qui nous a amené à vouloir la stopper. Dès que nous avons suspendu l'abonnement, nous avons perdu notre accès alors même qu'il nous restait 2 mois durant lesquels nous aurions du en bénéficier. L'accès aux documents déposés est devenu impossible, et pourtant nous continuons de payer. Pas la moindre réponse à nos multiples mails, et encore moins par téléphone. Honnêtement, je déconseille cet outil qui pour moi n'est pas à la hauteur de l'exigence et de la fiabilité qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'une application qui stocke des données confidentielles.

Pros

La gestion des congés qui paraissait simplifiée.

Cons

Le service clients absolument désastreux ! Lorsqu'il s'agit d'acquérir un nouveau client, ils sont très dispos ... par contre, pour le reste, impossible de les avoir au téléphone, ils ne répondent jamais aux mails et ne tiennent pas leurs engagements.

### "Enttäuschung pur - Versteckte Kosten"

Allgemein ist der Vertrieb super - bis zu dem Tag, an dem der Vertrag unterzeichnet wurde. Danach stellt er sich tot. Das Onboarding wird einfach abgebrochen, anstatt nach Lösungen für die Themen zu suchen. Die ursprünglich zugesicherten Möglichkeiten sind so nicht zu finden und nach Vertragsabschluss, wenn es dann auffällt, da eine Testversion nicht genutzt werden durfte, fühlt sich keiner mehr zuständig. Auch leider kein Vertragsrücktritt möglich. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht und haben durch die Einführung nichts gewonnen, nur verloren! Leider

Pros

Grundsätzlich wäre das System brauchbar, wenn es halten würde, was versprochen war. Hier jedoch, durch viele Einzelunternehmen, alles nicht korrekt darstellbar und so nicht wirklich nutzbar. Hätte aber insgesamt viele interessante Features, die wir nicht weiterverfolgen können, da bereits beim Recruiting-System und Support (der sich tot stellt) versagt wurde.

Cons

Extrem unflexible Software. Keine Möglichkeit Dinge individuell anzupassen. Schnittstellen sind extrem teuer zu programmieren oder es fallen versteckte Kosten für Stellenpostings durch Join an, da dies als Zwischenschaltung genutzt werden muss oder eigene Schnittstellen programmiert werden müssen.

Preis und Versprechungen/Zusicherungen (die nicht gehalten wurden) bzgl. Flexibilität und Möglichkeiten der Software.

I did not like the customer support especially during implementation. Integration was not easy too.

Expérience très décevante : les formateurs de Factorial verrouillent volontairement les fonctionnalités pour lesquelles nous payons (!) le temps qu'ils soient disponibles pour nous montrer un fonctionnement qui semble simple. Il faut souvent 2 mois à Factorial pour traiter une demande simple et légitime. Et pendant ce temps d'attente, on paye... Nous avons opté pour une solution 10x moins cher et 10x plus performante, malgré notre engagement sur encore plusieurs mois que Factorial tient à maintenir (un sous est un sous, peu importe le service non-rendu!)

Pros

Un logiciel bien vendu : une offre qui parait intéressante lors des échanges commerciaux, mais se révèle vite peu opérationnelle

Cons

L'implémentation et la formation L'accompagnement client Le non-respect des promesses faites lors de la vente Le manque d'automatisation du logiciel (choses à faire manuellement!) La durée d'engagement alors que tous les services payés ne fonctionnent pas

El design y el hecho de que sea bastante intuitivo El soporte del equipo en las problematicas que encontramos Muchos modulos interesantes Los informes que se pueden desarollar El funcionamiento agíl que permite a los administradores hacer feedback

Cons

Lo más importante : 1. Más que todo, los bugs que encontramos (Personio se diferencia en eso) 2. Falta desarollos importantes en otros idiomas (ej : frances) como puede ser la pagína de reclutamiento de nuestra empresa ; el seguimiento de los forfait jour en francia : los documentos de identidad que no permiten poner Y el numero de seguridad social Y el DNI a la vez ; el coffre fort etc etc 3. Sentimos que eEsta adapto para pequeñas empresa pero no soporta tanto el desarollo para empresas que crecen La parte de entrevista anual no responde a nuestras necesidades porque los campos son muy limitados para gestionar las carreras y evaluaciones de los empleados No es facíl para el empleado reportar problema Hay algunos modulos que existen y estan interesantes pero no sirven por el poco desarollo que tienen El empleado no puede hacer feedback directo sobre mejoras que ha encontrado Importante : Falta desarollos importantes en otros idiomas (ej : frances) como puede ser la pagína de reclutamiento de nuestra empresa ; el seguimiento de los forfait jour en francia : los documentos de identidad que no permiten poner Y el numero de seguridad social Y el DNI a la vez ; el coffre fort etc etc No hay alertas de vacaciones cuando no responde a la política No se pueden filtrar suficiente lsa notificaciones lo que hace que recibimos muchos emails de factorial que a veces no nos corresponde por país
