The pricing of the solution is pretty straightforward and fair and we also appreciate the 30-day free trial period. What really surprised us was how easy and quick the integration with our internal systems was - it literally took just few minutes and clicks. The solution takes care of all the calculations and tracking of different TAX rates in different countries around the world. We wish the initial documentation was a bit better and more user-friendly, however, it did not make our experience any less enjoyable. Overall great product! The fact that they have competitive pricing also bring more advantage, value and of course benefit for all business model and size. They are able to calculate the different VAT rates from all countries for a 30-day free trial is a big plus of my experience as it gives me time to evaluate all the system and try all their features Cons Selecting countries one by one. I can only recommend it. Pros The best is fair price for such a tool and functionality :) Basically, tax rates tell me which states I need to collect sales tax / gst in and how much to collect. I can always rely on it and do not have to bother with manual computing anymore. Also, it's very easy to set up and use the tool, support is always there to help. Cons So far we are very satisfied with the functionality and features, but there are a few state-specific features that need to be added. Before using TaxRates, we had to manually check for tax rate updates which was super overwhelming. Now, it's done automatically. Cons Nothing negative about this software so far. It is an unbeatable tool in terms of price. Thanks to their fast support, we can understand even more complex functions, which we do not understand at first.
